Great stay in excellent location!

Multi-generational trip and everyone had their own space and bathroom which was great. I’m a clean freak and was VERY happy with the cleanliness of the property. It’s also in a perfect location to visit the stadiums, parks, and museums. The home was very well stocked with anything you can possibly need. We’d absolutely stay here again in the future.

Great house near Rice University

The house is large, very clean, well appointed, and the mattresses are very comfortable! What else can you say about a short term rental?? It was very comfortable for me and my colleagues and would love to stay there again when we are next at Rice University.

False Advertising c

We chose this property in large part part because it advertised a backyard and a hot tub. Family friendly. It was not. When I contacted the owner asking where the hot tub was he informed me there was not one, even though it was clearly stated in the listing.A few things: -We had to take cold showers this morning because after five minutes the water went cold and would not turned back hot. — TP holder in bedroom 1 is broken- front door handle was very loose- Screen porch door is warped or broken-When I went to give my three year-old a bath, the water was brown and dirty with the dirt coming out of the faucet.-There is no garden in the backyard, but there is an old washing machine and dishwasher in the yard, a hose laying in the middle of the yard, and some old materials lying around outside.
