The Space:
Welcome to Grandma’s Summer House!
This little house holds big memories.
It was once a family’s summer escape — a place where the windows stayed open, the scent of the bay drifted through the curtains, and barefoot laughter filled the hallways. Summers here weren’t about plans or schedules. They were about pancakes in pajamas, sandy feet on hardwood floors, and sitting on the porch doing absolutely nothing — together.
After a journey with breast cancer, the new owner worked through heart and healing energy to recreate the simple life. Grandma believed in simple joys: fresh sheets, strong coffee, handwritten notes, and a good breeze. She filled this home with love, and we’ve tried to keep that spirit alive.
We hope you feel it too.
We’re so glad you’re here.
Yours Truly, Grandma
Originally built in the 1950s, this cottage has a rich history as a summer retreat for visitors. Now, with its updated French country styling, it exudes a sense of nostalgia and serves as a secret hideaway for those seeking relaxation. The interior is thoughtfully designed for comfort, allowing you to come and go with ease.
Next to the sunlit foyer, you'll find our cozy first bedroom, featuring a luxurious king-sized bed. Just down the hall on the main floor is another inviting bedroom, furnished with a comfortable queen bed, ample closet space, and easy access to a full bathroom in the hallway. Upstairs, a charming loft area awaits, offering two twin beds and a versatile futon—ideal for children to enjoy their own spacious retreat or for hosting fun sleepovers!
The rest of the home is equally inviting, with a stylish pink kitchen that creates a warm, welcoming atmosphere for cooking and dining together. In the family room, a plush sectional offers a perfect spot to relax and unwind. For added convenience, a washer and dryer are tucked away in the main closet of the living room, making your stay even easier. Step outside to the patio, where you can enjoy the peaceful view of the partially fenced yard—a tranquil setting for outdoor relaxation.
Whether you're here for a weekend getaway or a longer stay, our cottage strikes the perfect balance of modern comfort and nostalgic charm. Surrounded by the beauty of Beverly Triton Nature Park, this thoughtfully updated 1950s retreat is the ideal place to create lasting memories.
