Beautiful, Newly Renovated, oceanfront condo steps from the Rehoboth Boardwalk!

527 N Boardwalk unit 621, Henlopen Condo - Professionally Managed by Coldwell Banker Premier.
A newly renovated, southeast corner unit in the Henlopen Condominiums on the northern end of the boardwalk in downtown Rehoboth Beach. It has terrific views of the ocean from every room and you can enjoy the waves or Lake Gerar while relaxing on the balcony. The unit has just completed a total renovation including new floors, new bathrooms, all new appliances and a completely new kitchen with island and upscale quartz countertops and new fixtures.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, generous shower and dedicated make-up vanity. The hall bedroom has been enlarged and contains two double beds. There are three smart tv's in the unit. The living area boasts the largest screen (77 inches) as well as two convertible double sleep sofas. You can enjoy streamed movies using the high speed internet and have complete privacy in the unit with light blocking shutters on every window.

At the Henlopen, you will be able to enjoy the rooftop pool (in season) and will have access to one parking space in the underground garage.
*This is a non smoking unit and pets are not permitted.

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $189.50.

This was the best property we've stayed at in Rehoboth Beach and we've been coming here for over twenty years. It is exactly as pictured - beautifully decorated, great layout, and fantastic deck leading to a phenomenal view of the ocean. The boardwalk and Rehoboth Avenue are steps away. We'll be back next year.

My husband, three adult daughters and myself had a wonderful time! I especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking out at the ocean. Loved the open airy feel to the condo and all the great views. We had a great time.

Rehoboth beach condo

The condo is newly renovated and beautiful. The location is perfect for a family holiday and being right on the boardwalk (but in a quiet lcoation) was amazing. We loved our stay and look forward to visiting again to enjoy the beautiful views!

Love this condo!!

Not only is the condo well laid out, but the owners have thought of every possible need one would require being away from home. The views are magnificent and I feel so rested, rejuvenated, and calm while listening and looking at the ocean, as well as walking along the shore's edge. Not sure which I love better: the sunrise walks along the boardwalk, or, coming back in the early evening to sit on the balcony with a glass of wine and some apps. Love it!!!!!! We plan to return every year if possible!!!

The condo was stunning, pictures do not do it justice. It offers tons of space with a huge balcony. The location is at the end of the mile long boardwalk, which made the boardwalk and beach area quieter and less crowded. You can park your car and never get in it again until you leave. So many restaurant choices within walking distance. It is a great spot to bring little kids with the convenience alone. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Unit!

The unit was lovely with all of the updates. We adored the open floor plan in the main living/dining/kitchen areas. The bathrooms were beautiful and the washer and dryer were impressively efficient. One thing I would recommend is to provide a vacuum in the unit to make cleaning up sand and other small messes a little easier than using a broom and dustpan. Hope to be back in 2026!

Views were awesome from every room. Could watch the sunrise from my bedroom window. Nice area to sit outside with plenty of chairs. Very functional kitchen with everything you need. Bathrooms were beautiful and clean. Beds were comfortable. Checkin was a little confusing just because we mixed up the condos and the hotel. Fairly easy access to beach. There is one small set of steps to the beach. I would be nice if there was a ramp there for people with wheelchairs or walkers. I think this is probably the nicest condo in the place based on the others I’ve seen. Will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, new, and spacious

The unit is beautiful and comfortable and very spacious. We enjoyed eating breakfast in the kitchen nook overlooking the ocean, and tv was perfect for watching the Olympics. The washer and dryer is brand new and added to the convenience and comfortability. The kitchens very well stocked and the appliances are all really nice. We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful apartment but wasn't clean

The average rating stems really just because of the dusty/dirty even after we had them come back the next day it was not clean (goldfish under the coffee table, still crums under the dining table and very dusty under the beds and sofas). We realized when they were vacuum cleaning it was a very "weak" vacuum cleaner. We spent every day to clean a little with the small broom that was there. Suggestion: Replace cleaning crew, replace carpet under the dining table and have a vacuum cleaner available in the apartment.
