About this property
Palm Coast Resort 109 | Ground-Floor Waterfront Condo with Sunroom + Resort Pool
Watch white sailboats quietly slip past, sipping a fresh gin and tonic from your balcony. Blue skies with wispy clouds, dense vegetation and mature trees sit beyond the winding Intracoastal. Red roofs peak above the trees in gorgeous contrast.
Have a boat or just like to look at them? Arrive at Palm Coast Resort 109 and find your needs met. Without ever leaving the grounds, enjoy a large pool with generous poolside sunbeds and seating. Walk to the pool after breakfast each morning, enjoyed outside on your private lanai. A rectangular dining table seats six on cushioned, wicker chairs. Potted plants, lush vegetation, and an inviting lake view transport this dining area outdoors and straight to paradise.
For casual relaxing, the living room provides for a family enjoying full-out R&R. A massive leather couch, La-Z-Boy-style armchair and a second corner reading chair face a new flat-screen TV. Floor cushions are also available to toss on the tiled floors. Lower the blinds to the desired level as the sun drops if you want to watch TV.
Open to the rest of the living space, the kitchen is fully stocked and has a generous double oven. The charming center island has a straight edge on one side, where the chef performs his/her magic and is curved on the opposite. This inviting layout better welcomes hungry onlookers around the breakfast bar and makes food and drink a great focus of your vacation - as it should be!
Guests have the choice of three bedrooms, each of them decorated in a classic and very clean boutique hotel esthetic. Dark woods in the beds and other furniture are perfectly matched with linens and gorgeous accents. Two bedrooms feature queen-size beds while the third hosts two twin beds. Wide windows allow the unit to fill with the sunshine, while window coverings help you to sleep late or enjoy your private HDTV.
In the primary suite, decadence is improved with a gorgeous en-suite bath. Dark slate tile in the shower stall add tremendous drama and a rain shower head is a finishing touch. Bedrooms two and three offer choice of a queen bed and two twins and they share a full bathroom.
This unit provides the ready-made convenience so sought-after in vacation rentals. In-suite laundry, wireless Internet, cable TV and covered parking - you’re all set to play.
And play you shall! The pool is just a short walk, as is the lovely heated spa. While time on the beach has its place, water-sports enthusiasts will love the calmer Intracoastal for kayaking, canoeing or gentle cruising. Don’t miss it at sunset!

The property was nice, clean. Location ok. The furniture- sofa, reclining chair should be replaced. The dining chairs sit very low to the table which makes it very uncomfortable to eat at the table.
The kitchen is very nice and well stocked. Appreciated that very much.
Only issues
Remotes for tv very complicated…had to figure out the correct input for each tv … maybe leave directions and every tv was different
Back door screen was ripped
Everything overall was AAAAA

You'll always receive an AAAAA rating in our book, John! And we thank you for these suggestions, as we're always looking for new ways to enhance the guest experience.
Nice, quiet, clean condo. Intracoastal waterway walking trail is right behind the condo, and is a great place to walk. Super convenient to European Village and Hammock Beach Resort.

Weekend Visit
Never received check in instructions. So when we arrived we ended up not being able to get into the room. Took over 2 hours of trying to get in touch with someone who runs the rental. Finally received the code to enter the rental. Over all the place was nice. The tv in the master room does not work. The sheets in the master room were dirty with brown CRUSTY stains on them. We just changed the sheets with ones in the closet. Other than the check in process and dirty sheets we enjoyed our stay.
It was a great experience as our first time. However there are a few things to report. The first thing we’d like to have you know about is the tile floors around the living room, kitchen, and dining area are very dirty. The moment I took my shoes off the bottom of my feet were black as charcoal. The rest of the time we wore shoes on the tile floors to keep our feet clean. The second thing is dishwasher doesn’t always work when you set it and hit start. We put away dishes we thought were clean and it turns out the machine never ran. Thirdly the screen door on the patio is old and looks like it needs to be replaced. These are just the things we think you should know about. We liked the property and location and would probably rent again in the future.

Nice condo, nice location
It was difficult getting checked in, but It was the company’s first week after the covid ban, so I understand. It was a very clean condo in a beautiful area of Palm Coast. We enjoyed our stay!
Good experience except I was sent the wrong door access code. The pool and hot tub were full of leafs. Other than that no complaints and would reccimend it to anyone
This is my second year at this same condo and I will be back again next year also. Good location, friendly neighbors, and clean and good size condo for a family of 6. Nice pool also and the view of the waterway is great to drink your morning coffee by.

A little lower than decent
The property is decent but we ran into several issues. We didn't have the check-in codes for the property. They sent it to me without the actual codes. Both ceiling fans need attention. They wobble and make a sound even on the slowest speed. One of the beds had sand in it. The worst thing was the rear glass door wouldn't lock. We had to wedge shoes in the track to keep it from opening. For the price we paid, more attention should have been given to all of these issues so our stay could have been a better experience. I won't be staying again at this location.

I'll be back
I never know when I make a reservation if it will live up to what I expected. Other than problems with the TV it went beyond what I expected.Next year when Marineland Camp rolls around I will be reserving this same unit again. It was easy in easy out being on the first floor. The view was beautiful. We even saw dolphins in the water playing. It was very quiet also. This is the best place in my 4 years of camp fun that we have stayed.

Relaxing Environment
We enjoyed the house it is in a great setting convenient to everything you come to the coast for without the over the top price. However we were disappointed in the cleanliness of the House. We spent an couple hours cleaning. It would be good for someone just to be able to come in take off their shoes and relax. In the end that is exactly what we did! Beyond this small inconvenience it was a great stay I would recommend it and hope it is cleaner than we found it.

Cozy retreat
We just loved this place it was peaceful, and felt like home from the time we entered. The patio has the view of the inter coastal, was very relaxing just seeing the boats go past. The pool was clean and just a few steps away. If I had any thing feedback it would be for the pillows to be replaced which is an easy fix. The place itself Was the perfect getaway. I hope to come back next year. Thank you for sharing your home with my family.

Potentially very good but needs serious improvements
This condo is potentially a very good rental but the management company is failing miserably. We arrived Sunday, could not get ice maker to work, had to buy ice all week, 5 of 6 kitchen lights and MBR shower light were out, MBR door could not be shut. Called management company early Monday. They said they would try to get repair out that day. Later I texted them the same information. No one showed up by Wednesday, called again and the man I talked to could find no record of any request for repairs. He said he would have someone come out. No one came before we left the next Sunday. The advertised furnishings say a Queen size bed in MBR. It is a queen size bed frame, but there is a full size mattress in the frame which leaves several inches on the side and foot areas. TV remote batteries were corroded and worked only sporadically. Dishes were not sufficient for this condo. I tried to get the management company to have the owner contact me to relay this information directly but they refused. The owner should fire this management company for they are not doing a reasonable job (not even near a good job) of maintaining this unit. I think this is the first really negative review I have ever written but the circumstances dictated that I write this.

Perfect...wish we could have stayed longer.
Very comfortable and well maintained. All the comforts of home and then some. Great quality surroundings. Suggestion to future renters...make sure you read all, all, instructions regarding access codes. I rushed through the info and thought getting in was all I needed to know. Wrong! There is a code to get into the unit. And a different code to access the pool area, another code for pool gate, and another code for the pool bathroom. Also, if you leave the unit from the back patio to go to the pool or for a walk, there is no way to lock the unit behind you. You will have to lock patio doors from inside, leave thru front door, go around back of building. Just something to know in advance. One little housekeeping issue...the shower liner in small bathroom is showing some mildew on inside. The liner is opaque and the curtain fairly dark, so no light gets in when wet. A wipe down with bleach should take care of it. Forgot to ask our fellow travelers about the other bath, but I know of no complaints. But it is a very pleasant, roomy, comfortable unit and we would no doubt rent it again.

Very spacious and private.
This place was awesome. My family and I really enjoyed everything this condo had to offer. The pool, the small beach, and the walking trail were all very nice as well. I can't say that I have any complaints at all. Once inside we didn't hear any neighbors or outside noise. Even the patio was pretty quiet and very nicely set up. This was our first time ever renting a home instead of a hotel and it was worth it.

Beautiful location but this unit needs some attention
PROS: beautiful intercoastal location with amazing views, condo spacious, fairly priced rental, grounds beautifully maintained, nice pool, very quiet property, next to marina for boating enthusiasts, 10 minute drive to beach, 2 beach chairs & kids beach toys provided,
CONS: condo interior needs painting and some overall refreshing. Master comforter needs replacing, living & dining furniture tired, many light bulbs burned out including screened porch, entire unit needs a deep cleaning, master bedroom door won't lock, not enough lighting in master. Be sure to bring all cooking condiments, as not even S & P were available....although, I did purchase and leave in unit for the next guests. Also, was a bit frustrating to call Vacation Rental Pros twice only to get a voice mail box.
Overall, we had a very nice week and would return.... just disappointed with the things mentioned above. We have rented many vacation rentals and with some attention given to this unit, it could easily be given 5 stars.

Picture is old
Needs amenities, had to buy new light bulbs since a lot of them went out the first week. No pans to cook french fries. Dryer needs to run two hours to get clothes fully dry....Needs GOOD overhaul with new bed linens and all needs painting. The residents of the building were so friendly and overall Palm Coast was so welcoming. Location is great and nearby are tons of restaurants, stores, and beach although very close, was buggy. Therefore had to drive to Flagler Beach for the nearest nice, clean one with an available bathroom. We stayed two months and by the 6th week we were done seeing and doing everything. Pool is not heated and there should be an availability to barbecue. Overall unit does look like the pictures, but well worn. Could not wait to come home to my remotes, as with previous reviews, TV was a nightmare until you could figure it out.
