Cinnamon Beach Condominiums are located within the exclusive oceanfront community of Ocean Hammock. They are surrounded by miles of private, cinnamon colored beaches and the beautiful ocean side Jack Nicholas designed golf course called the 'Pebble Beach of the east coast'.

In winter, our balcony is warm and sunny. A wonderful retreat from the cool ocean breeze. For that reason, the lakeside is a preferable location, especially during the winter months. You will be able to enjoy comfortable, relaxing meals on your balcony. There is a grill on the balcony for your convenience.

Our 3 bedroom condo sleeps 8 comfortably. All of the beds have very luxurious pillow top mattresses for a great night's sleep. The gourmet kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, all cookware, blender, Kuerig coffee maker, toaster, utensils, and dishes. Everything you will need for preparing a lovely meal with friends and family. The open floor plan allows everyone to be together without being crowded, while the zoned bedrooms give much needed privacy. The large sliding glass doors in the master suite and living room provide beautiful views of the sunset, lake, and golf course. The master bathroom has a glass enclosed shower and garden tub. There are plenty of towels and beach towels, for your convenience. There are also several books and games to keep everyone entertained.

You will have access to all of the amenities in Ocean Hammock. There are 2 heated pools. One with gradual slope entrance for kids and families, a 'water splash zone' for kids, a fitness center, a game room with pool table, foosball, and air hockey, and a quiet ocean side lap pool with observation deck. There are also many beautiful biking and walking trails. We also have beach chairs and waveboards.

If you decide to venture off of the property, you can visit St. Augustine. It is home to two large outlet malls and Old Town, which has many quaint shops and restaurants. Marineland is less than 10 miles away. It's a wonderful aquarium, where you will have a chance to swim with the dolphins. If tennis and golf are your pleasure, there are many wonderful courses and a new tennis facility with 10 clay courts. There are also many renowned tennis clubs within an hours' drive.

The place was fantastic! The condo was clean, well decorated and had everything you could possibly want to cook if you choose to. The amenities are great also. The pools are so nice and just a short walk away.

Everything was great. The beach, the pools, the kiddie area as well as adult amenities were awesome. Just close enough to everything without being in a bustling area. It was serene and relaxing as well as convenient and close to shopping, etc…. The property was clean and comfy with security and covered parking. Highly recommend!!!!

We loved this condo and we loved this area. This condo is situated in a very nice neighborhood along by the ocean with two great pools. One of the pools has a beautiful view of the ocean and is very peaceful. Cinnamon beach is a quiet place and not touristy like many other ocean towns.

Great stay in Palm Coast

Great condo in Palm Coast. Gated community with multiple pools and easy access to the beach. Condo was as advertised. It was very clean, well appointed, and comfortable. The owners were quick to respond and very helpful. Check in was a breeze as well. We could not have had a better experience and we would definitely stay again. The ease of the entire process and stay made for an extremely relaxing vacation.

Cinnamon Beach #3

This was our 3rd visit to the area. Every visit proves to be as pleasant as the first. The only short comings of this year's rental was a poor "mish-mosh" of cookware and dinnerware (chipped) /accessories. We are planning to return next year.

Awesome Condo and Area!

Everything was exactly as pictured and very clean. We enjoyed time at the pool as well as the beach. Donna was very prompt in responding to any questions we had or with what we needed. We felt very safe and secure with the area. My daughters preferred a beach without lots of shells and rocks, so we went down to Crescent beach one day which was close by. Wonderful vacation!

Great beach week!

The condo was just as described. The beds were quite comfortable and the kitchen was stocked adequately to cover what we needed on the nights we stayed in to cook. The only reason I have a 4 star on cleanliness was that the electric grill on the patio was dirty and the grease pan was full. Otherwise, we had no issues and look forward to coming back next year!

AWESOME PLACE TO STAY

This was our 5th trip to Cinnamon Beach. We discovered unit 1132 last year and we loved it so much we came back to it this year. All you could want is in this unit. Comfortable beds, nice furniture and all you need in the kitchen. Electric grill on the patio. Used it twice. Short walk to the beach and pools. Will return again.

Great stay at Cinnamon Beach

This was our first vacation to Palm Coast. Our condo was perfect for our family. Location to beach was perfect, however, beach was probably the only disappointment. Huge rocks in the water prevented us from being able to swim so we had to go down the road to Marineland. Other than that the complex was nice and the pools were very convenient. We will definitely return to the area.

Heaven on earth!

This was our third time visiting Cinnamon Beach, and each time we’ve stayed in a different place. They were all wonderful but Donna’s condo takes the cake. It’s absolutely beautiful, so tastefully decorated, with everything you could possibly need. We cooked all of our meals there and never lacked for anything. And the condo was so clean, which is one of the most important things to me. We loved sitting on the balcony watching afternoon storms roll through. Donna was also absolutely wonderful to work with. I could go on and on, but the highest compliment I can give is that when we come back to Cinnamon Beach next year, we’ll stay at Donna’s condo. Wish I could give more than five stars!

We came to Cinnamon Beach for the first time this fall. We completely fell in love with it! The pristine surroundings without all of the crowds and traffic. It's Florida as it is suppose to be. We decided to buy immediately. Now we want to share this piece of paradise with others.

Why they chose this property

We decided to buy at Cinnamon Beach because it is so beautiful, and peaceful. You are surrounded by the immaculate grounds, the manicured ocean front golf course, and the ocean with it's cinnamon colored beach. It's the perfect place to walk, bike, or just relax on the beach. There are also plenty of activities on the property to keep you busy, or you can take a short drive to many of Florida's famous attractions and shopping. It's really the best of both worlds.

What makes this property unique

We love sitting on the balcony. Whether it's drinking a cup of coffee, or grilling a steak dinner, and watching the sun set. There is no flame grilling at Cinnamon Beach, but we provide an electric outdoor grill for your use. All you need to bring are your clothes!
