This newly renovated Penthouse condo has a large gathering room, a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, 3 bathrooms, 1 king bedroom and 1 Queen bedroom. There is also a large bonus loft with extra hang out space. This unit is steps to the water, close to a dock and an easy walk to all of the amenities. Pools, pickleball, tennis courts, gym, sand, basketball and a restaurant and bar.
