This home is equipped with a queen bed in two of the three rooms and a bunk bed in the third with a big enough couch and extra mattresses for extra little ones. Kitchen fully stocked with all utensils and equipment such as air fryer, toaster, microwave, blender, crockpot, and so much more. With 2 full bathrooms one with a tub another with a walk in shower. Fully fenced in back yard with a fire pit and chairs as well as a bbq grill and black stone griddle. A game room, including air hockey table, shuffleboard table, and darts for your enjoyment for at home downtime, The home is located within 10mins from several popular restaurants from sit downs to fast foods, tons of shopping centers and grocery stores and a big mall. Looking for entertainment will your in luck there are several family friendly places such as bowling alley, arcade room, movie theater, trampoline jump place, and much more. Looking for some adult entertainment plenty of bars, breweries, up scale restaurants and other enjoyable activities.

We had our two dogs with us and the giant fenced in yard was awesome!! House was clean and fully stocked. Host responded to my questions right away and was friendly and professional. I would 100% stay here again.

Beautiful house on the cul de sac with huge yard.

We had a wonderful time at this house. We came from Cocoa to visit our sister who had back surgery. The house was clean and well stocked. It was one of the nicest houses we've stayed in with VRBO.

We were there for the week cleaning out a house. It was so nice to be able to come back to this nice clean comfortable home after a hard days work. Host was wonderful. I would stay here again and again.

GREAT TIGERS SPRING TRAINING LOCATION

Clean, easy checkin. Location has a great burger/brew place less than a mile away. 2 Publix within 1.5 miles to choose from. Drive to Joker Merchant Stadium was easy. Went to other games in and around the Tampa area and looked at homes there but this was just too good to pass up close to the Tigers facility. Superb communication with host.
