With so much to do, you may not spend much time in your room! But when you do, Boardwalk Beach Resort Condominium 606 won't disappoint. This one bedroom, one bathroom hideaway sleeps up to six and features a comfy queen bed in the master bedroom, fun, built-in bunks in the hallway plus a queen sleeper sofa in the spacious living room. Best of all, a large, modern kitchen enables you to save money for fun by preparing your own meals.

The Boardwalk Beach Resort Condominium remains popular with beach lovers thanks to its huge private beach the area's largest and family-friendliest amenities. When you're not body surfing in the waves or speeding along on a waverunner, you can splash with the kids in the "Splash Zone" relax in the beachfront pool and hot tubs, grab a cool, tropical drink at the beachfront bar and grill and finish the day with an ice cream or pizza from the Corner Market!

Parking & Resort Registration:
Boardwalk requires all guests to pre-register prior to arrival. A registration link will be sent to you closer to your check-in date to complete this process. Parking passes are $50 plus applicable taxes and include up to two (2) passes per reservation. In addition, resort-issued armbands are required for all guests and are $6 plus applicable taxes per person.

Quick fall break

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Really enjoyed our stay. We love Boardwalk Beach Resort and have stayed in several different condos. They’ve all been wonderful. Great location with easy access. This condo was very clean and was perfect for our stay. The only problem we had was having to do the door code twice every time we entered. It would open but only after the second time doing the code. We were scared each time we left, that we might not get back in. But we did and it was a wonderful trip.

All of the beds were extremely uncomfortable. My husband and I took turns sleeping on the couch because it was the most comfortable bed in the unit. Nothing worse than not being able to sleep for a very on vacation. I paid for early check in (80) at 1pm and opened the door to find a bag full of tools in the middle of the floor. Finally was able to get into the room after maintenance fixed the drain 10-15 minutes later.

Great stay, great view!

We had a great time for our anniversary trip! Beautiful views. The only reason I didn't make the rating 5 star is because the size of the bed is incorrectly advertised. It's listed as queen, but it is most definitely a full and is pretty small. We were more comfortable sitting on the couch than laying in the bed as it was not comfortable at all. However, we loved absolutely everything else about the place.

Spring Break Stay

We enjoyed the pool and being right on the beach. Great location. The property itself could have been cleaner...dishes, floor. Remotes needed batteries and lightbulbs were missing. We were told those were supposed to have been done before we got there, but that’s all the help we got with those issues. We bought batteries and moved light bulbs around to lamps we needed them in. Otherwise a good stay for our family for short spring break trip!

Paradise

Very beautiful condo! Great location to everything. The balcony was wonderful to watch sunrise and listen to the ocean. Came with a couple rolls of tp, roll of paper towels, dishwashing/laundry packs, and hotel toiletries. We brought extras of everything from home to last us for our time here. Tiki bar, pool, hot tub were awesome. They have someone making snow cones near the pool for the kids. Felt safe there. No rif raff or noise. Theres a broom to help clean up any sand that may get in. Walmart 4 min drive. I noticed the cubby had extra boogie boards and sand toys to borrow from families that left things behind. So we borrowed and returned these items when we we were done. It saved us money. We are laid back people and were blessed to be there. We will stay again if we can!

Would like a small table on the balcony.

Perfect Vacation!

My daughters and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean and looked just like the pics. We loved the pool and the beach... the weather was amazing. :) Great location, too, as it was a little bit away from all the craziness of PCB! We loved it and would definitely come back. No issues! Thank you!

Not what we expected

After reading the reviews, we were disappointed to find the condition of the condo. Starting with the TV's, neither was operating, bathroom had a nasty looking seat that appeared to be worn out and toilet that continuously ran after being flushed. master bed was very uncomfortable. Did not get the tv situation resolved until after 2 days in our visit, after calling on the 1st day. As the title states "Not What We Expected"

We had a wonderful time and the condo was very nice. There was an odor that seemed to be coming from the owners closet across from the bunk beds....not extremely bad but someone may need to look into it. Even with that we still thought it was a great place. Thank you!!!

Nothing negative to say about this property or our stay! The employees were so sweet. The security guard brought out Popsicles to the pool for all the kids! Very clean! Our favorite place to stay now!

We had fun and good place for vacation, the cleaning could be better and we recommend the management leave filters for coffee because we bought it and we did not use all package.

Beautiful view

Everything was perfect. I wish I could wake up to that Gulf view everyday. I like that security was adamant about checking our tag and car hanger every time we came back to the property. I also liked the private entrance/access to the beach. The only thing was the cable in the bedroom only had one channel but who goes to Panama City Beach for tv? My family and I enjoyed ourselves. 10/10

Great time!

We had an amazing time and our condo was beautiful only thing we had a problem with was the air conditioning and it took a whole day to get it fixed! But other then that everything was great!
