WONDERFUL CONDO! Newly remodeled for 2025.

If you are looking for 1BR condo right on the beach with full floor to ceiling windows facing the beach from every room, then you need to check out Unit 302 in Tower 4. Two flat screen TVs, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer and comfortable amenities make this an excellent choice. Private bathroom access from bedroom or living room. Large balcony overlooking the beautiful white sand beach. Fabulous pools, poolside snack bar, and hot tubs available for your use. PLUS your own reserved beach chairs with umbrella included in your rental for no extra charge March through October. Check out our reviews!

The property was very nice. It was quiet, and we felt safe while we were there. Really enjoyed the condo, it was one of the cleanest ones that I’ve ever stayed at. The beach view was great.

Angie was awesome. We had trouble with the tv, and she was there within a few minutes to help us. There was also something going on with the AC, and Angie was on it. The condo was perfect for what we needed. Wonderful view of the sunset.

We came to the beach for a relaxing getaway and to celebrate our anniversary. This condo was exactly as described and the photos do not do it justice. We enjoyed the beach chairs and pool daily. We look forward to staying here again.

Condo was very clean, had a KEUREG COFFEE MAKER, close to everything we wanted to do, very close to beach which would be a plus is you had to take a lot to the beach, heated pools and hot tubs was perfect for this December weather. Hope to come again soon!

Perfect little spot for the two of us. On the third floor, which made it easy to get around. Perfect view of the beach beach was a big plus! Communication was great, quick responses, even allowed us to check in a tad bit early.

Why they chose this property

If you have visited other beach front property, you will understand the benefit of having the floor plan of this condo run parallel to the beach. Both the living room and the bedroom have full floor to ceiling windows offering a view of the beach wide open from every room. The huge balcony runs the entire width of the condominium and is accessible from both rooms. The third floor view provides enough privacy while still allowing you to feel part of the beach scene just by sitting on the balcony. Also you are low enough to use the stairways instead of the elevator if you so desire.

Whether it is walking on the beach at sunrise, searching for shells with your children, reading and napping under an umbrella, or riding the waves on a boogie board, our condo will provide the perfect home base for you and your friends or family.
