WONDERFUL CONDO! Newly remodeled for 2025.

If you are looking for 1BR condo right on the beach with full floor to ceiling windows facing the beach from every room, then you need to check out Unit 302 in Tower 4. Bright colors, two flat screen TVs, and comfortable amenities make this an excellent choice. Private bathroom access from bedroom or living room. Fully equipped kitchen with washer/dryer, Keurig and standard coffeemaker, microwave, and large balcony overlooking the beautiful white sand beach. Fabulous pools, poolside snack bar, and hot tubs available for your use. PLUS your own reserved beach chairs with umbrella included in your rental for no extra charge March through October.

The property was very nice. It was quiet, and we felt safe while we were there. Really enjoyed the condo, it was one of the cleanest ones that I’ve ever stayed at. The beach view was great.

Right on the beach absolutely loved it. There’s three pools to swim in although we spent most of our time at the ocean but definitely stay again.

The room was good but the guy running the chairs on the beach was lazy and very arrogant would not accommodate anything or listen to you so lazy and wouldn’t put all the chairs out so therefore the chair count would change and never set up the same changed daily and never know where you may seat at.

Relaxing getaway

We came to the beach for a relaxing getaway and to celebrate our anniversary. This condo was exactly as described and the photos do not do it justice. We enjoyed the beach chairs and pool daily. We look forward to staying here again.

Vacation getaway

Perfect little spot for the two of us. On the third floor, which made it easy to get around. Perfect view of the beach beach was a big plus! Communication was great, quick responses, even allowed us to check in a tad bit early.

We had an awesome stay at Long Beach Resort. Bed was comfy- condo had everything we needed. Didn’t leave the resort all week! Pools are wonderful. The “Hangout Shack” has awesome food and drinks.

Brent and Angie have been visiting Panama City Beach since the 1960s. A lot has changed since then, but not our love for the beautiful Gulf water and amazing beaches. Why they chose this property

If you have visited other beach front property, you will understand the benefit of having the floor plan of this condo run parallel to the beach. Both the living room and the bedroom have full floor to ceiling windows offering a view of the beach wide open from every room. The huge balcony runs the entire width of the condominium and is accessible from both rooms. The third floor view provides enough privacy while still allowing you to feel part of the beach scene just by sitting on the balcony. Also you are low enough to use the stairways instead of the elevator if you so desire.
