The space was crafted for entertaining; the living room is centred around a gas-lit fireplace, and the patio`s BBQ is stocked with propane for year-round grilling.

Bedroom #2 (Top Floor): Queen-over-queen bunk bed + private ensuite

Bedroom #3 (Ground Level; Accessible through the garage): King bed + private ensuite + SmartTV

Each bathroom is stocked with essentials (shampoo/conditioner/body wash & a hair dryer) to help lighten the load for you when packing.



Bathroom #2 (Top Floor; Primary Ensuite): Full bath with a stand-up glass shower

Bathroom #1 (Top Floor; Second Bedroom Ensuite): Full bath with a shower/tub combo

Bathroom #3 (Ground Level; Third Bedroom Ensuite): Full bath with a stand-up glass shower

Bathroom #3.5 (Main Level): Half bath on the main level

The kitchen has everything you need to cook up a storm (should you so desire!)

- 24/7 Assistance: Our goal is to make sure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. We do not live on the property, but you can reach us 24/7 via text if you need us for any reason.

You will have access to the single-car garage & an additional (single) driveway spot.





CONSUMABLES

Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.





THIRD BEDROOM

Please note that the third bedroom is located on the ground floor, accessible through the garage.





CHECK-IN/CHECKOUT

After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days before check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.



We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there`s something you need during your stay with us.

The Nordix townhomes are a new slope-side development on the base of Panorama`s Silver Platter chair. This location provides quick access to the 138 mountain trails, and a a short walk to Pano`s shopping, dining options & hot pools. Whether you`re looking to ski, mountain bike, cross-country ski, or just kick back in the hot pools, Panorama has everything you need to live out your mountain fantasy.





Please note that Panorama Mountain Resort charges a daily resort fee (varies from $15-$35/night based on the size of the unit) to all resort guests. Any/all applicable fees will be included in the booking cost shown during your initial reservation. Unfortunately, we cannot reduce or remove these fees, and each unit in the resort is subject to them as of November 1, 2024.





To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
