Make memories at this spacious family house with a private pool and spa. 6 bedrooms total including 2 fun bunk rooms. Beautiful outdoor space with large dining table, a conversational furniture set and the perfect grassy corridor made especially for playing all the lawn games.
There is a wagon and beach chairs for use. Private pool and hot tub for our guests use.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

• Remove bed sheets and leave in the rooms
DISHES –
• Wash/Put away dishes, okay to have load running in washer
TRASH –
• Bag all trash and bring out to garbage bins
OUTSIDE AREAS –
• Pick up all trash
• Sweep off both back/front porch areas
• Make sure sanitizer float is in the spa/its cover secured
• Clean out skimmer basket/use net to remove debris from pool
GRILL-
• If grill was used: clean racks from food and grease, replace the cover and tuck under the stairs
Furniture-
• Replace all furniture to its place both outside and inside the home
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
