My husband and I love to fish both saltwater & freshwater. We have always dreamed of owning a Lakehouse. After we retired, this gem became available and we took a leap of faith. Poured a lot of love into it and are super excited to share our home and the most spectacular sunsets on Lake Talquin with you and your family.

Why they chose this property

This home is situated on beautiful Lake Talquin, near the end of a cul-de-sac and only steps from Ben Stoutamire Landing. It is a very quiet neighborhood so if peace and quiet are what you are looking for, you have found it! We are just thirty minutes from FSU, Tallahassee and Wakulla Springs.

What makes this property unique

This home offers many places to enjoy lake life. Admire the stunning panoramic views of Lake Talquin as you walk in the front door. Enjoy spending your day relaxing on one of two screened porches and watch the local bald eagles stop by for lunch. Request a boat lift and keep your boat, high and dry and ready for your next fishing adventure. Or just relax on the dock and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
