The Space
Enjoy breathtaking views of the ocean, river, and mountains from the 18th floor of The Grand Venetian. Start your day by relaxing to the sound of the waves, take a leisurely walk on the beach, prepare a meal in your fully equipped kitchen, and unwind on the spacious terrace while watching the sunset. As a guest, you’ll have access to five pools, hot tubs, a poolside restaurant, a private beach area, a fitness center, tennis courts, a business center, a 12-person movie theater, a game room with a pool table, and a spa.

Guest Access
The apartment offers 1,100 sq/ft of space, including a large terrace, a living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable bedroom, and a washer/dryer. Guests can enjoy all the amenities of the property, including the pools, hot tubs, bars, restaurants, beach area, fitness center, and spa.

Pets are not allowed by the condominium for guests. Note that even SERVICE DOGS are not allowed. Mexican legislation allows condominiums to restrict those.

Other Things to Note
Feel free to bring your own beverages to the pool or beach areas. Pool towels are provided in the apartment for your convenience. The entire property is highly secure, with 24-hour surveillance. A beach club is located by the beach and operates Thursday through Sunday, closing at 9:00 PM. Please note that the music may occasionally exceed noise regulations set by the local government.

The Neighborhood
The Grand Venetian is ideally located in the heart of Puerto Vallarta. A two-minute walk will take you to the new "La Isla" shopping mall, which features a variety of restaurants, a movie theater, and shops. Several restaurants are located just across the street, and the vibrant downtown area and Malecon, with its bars, clubs, restaurants, and tourist attractions, is just a 10-minute drive away. The airport is also conveniently located 10 minutes from the property. For your convenience, Walmart, Sam’s Club, Costco, movie theaters, and two malls are all within five minutes, and the boat dock is also just five minutes away.

Getting Around
Taxis are affordable in Puerto Vallarta. You can request a taxi through the valet, who will arrange for one to pick you up right at the entrance of the building. Uber is also available and can pick you up at the airport.

We enjoyed our 2 month stay here in Fernando's condo at the Grand Venetian. The view of Banderas Bay and the ocean beyond from the 18th floor balcony is very nice. Much better in person than the listing pictures show. The view of the "old town" is blocked by one of the properties other towers, but that provides much appreciated shade on the balcony until mid afternoon. We enjoyed many very nice sunsets during our time here. The condo itself was very functional and had everything required for a comfortable stay. I would describe the apartment as modern, but because the buildings are now more than 10 years old, the apartment is beginning to show some signs of wear.The Grand Venetian has 5 pools (3 are infinitely) and 4 hot tubs. There is also a decent size fitness facility and an onsite outdoor covered restaurant, that also provides pool side service. The property itself is residential, but has a definite "resort" feel. Many of the people around the pools were short term vacation rental guests. From conversations with other vacationers, people love it here and many return year after year for many many years. Fernando responded almost instantly to several very minor issues/inquiries that we had. The self check-in was easy and is our personal preference. The only negative for us was the loud "electronic techno dance music" on the weekends coming from the Beach Club directly across the river. We found ourselves avoiding the balcony (and the apartment) during those hours.

Beautiful Weather

The condo was as pictured. Fernando was easy to communicate with and attentive to our needs. The only issue was loud music until 9:00 four of the five nights we were there and we couldn’t enjoy sitting on the deck over looking the ocean.

Great Getaway

This was our second stay at Fernando’s condo and we enjoyed it just as much as the first time. It’s a great location near the marina with wonderful pools, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, and great water pressure in the shower. Fernando is excellent at communication and provided us with all the information we needed for check-in as well as other helpful information during our stay. I grew up going to PV every year on vacation and Fernando’s place definitely felt like a home away from home. We will be back :). Thank you, Fernando!

Fernando's condo was excellent. Very well stocked with everything you might need. Wonderful view. Never had a problem finding a beach palapa or a pool side chaise. Hidden gem is the poolside cafe on the premises. Excellent lunch (especially the shrimp) every day. We are not into loud music and unfortunately a new place recently opened across the river. Thankfully when we returned to the condo after dinner, the music was over. Hopefully, the owners at the Grand Venetian and the Peninsula will do something about this. Still had a great time.

Just what we needed

The size and comfort of the Condo were perfect for us. The view from the balcony is amazing. My husband is an early riser and there was a full moon during our stay; it was a beautiful sight to see. Sunsets just as impressive. It only cost around $4.00 U.S to take a taxi downtown, or the Marina. Food and service at this facility is great and the gym helped to work off all the calories. Fernando was quick to respond to any requests and all in all it was a perfect experience.

Perched over the pacific

Fernando had everything we needed here and was very responsive throughout our stay. This unit is on a high floor with the most amazing views of the ocean and sunset. The condo complex has a beautiful pool area and one bar/restaurant that has well priced food and cocktails. The adjoining beach area is open to the public and we enjoyed seeing all the families and dogs enjoying the beach. The hotel zone area turns out not to be my favorite area to stay but I know this is purely personal preference. We will miss that amazing ocean view now that our trip is done.

We have stayed in this building numerous times but never in this unit. The location and views never cease to amaze us. This condo itself was very clean and the property owner and manager were amazing, helpful and very friendly. The unit was very clean. Would highly recommend this unit.

The condo has everything needed as far as cooking, beach towels and just hanging out watching TV. Very modern appliences and TV's and a very good lighting system which gives you light throughout the condo where needed. A nice big bathroom with a great sink and shower. The king size bed was comfy and the roll up shade in the bedroom allows for plenty of natural light and windows that open to give good cross ventilation from the open sliders. Beautiful condo with a magnificent view.

A little piece of paradise ! Huge condo in a great location. Close walk to all anemeties and wow what a comfortable home. It felt like home after 1 day there. Imagine sitting on balcony drinking your morning coffee and watching from that same balcony the sunset in the evening with your beverage of choice. Clean, comfortable and Mildred was so accommodating of any requests. There were actually not many requests as everything was taken care of at the initial meeting. Pool right by beach was unbelievable and everyone we met were friendly. Thanks for making our trip to PV an escape to paradise.

From the time we arrived to the time we left, we had everything we needed. The kitchen is well equipped with all that was required for our stay for the month. We cooked many meals and were able to sit on the balcony and enjoy the beautiful scenery. The TV has many channels and there is also Netflix, which a person can easily connect to and delete their information before leaving. The condo is very clean and easy to maintain with supplied products. The owner was very attentive to any questions we had. The Grand Venetian is secure and very well maintained, with a well equipped gym and five pools, four of which overlook Banderas Bay. We would recommend this property and we will definitely return.

Perfect place to stay! Incredible views!

Absolutely amazing! The condo is everything you could hope for and more! When we arrived we were greeted by Fernando. It was a pleasure meeting him, so warm and friendly! We were here celebrating my husband's 50th Birthday and Fernando was so thoughtful, he left a beautiful bottle of wine for us to start the celebration off right! The condo is very nice, all the furnishings are beautiful and the condo is extremely clean! This fabulous condo is on the 18th floor and the pictures you see here on VRBO do not do it justice. As soon as you walk into the condo you're treated to spectacular sweeping view of the ocean. We enjoyed all the excursions but the highlight of our vacation was getting back to the condo by evening so that we could sit on the patio, play some music and enjoy all the colors of the sky! The color of the sky changes so much in the evening, it was something else! Also, we were very comfortable on that patio, there is a lounge chair as well as a table with four chairs. This condo has everything you need! If you want to cook it is supplied with pots, pans, plates, cups, anything that you need, it's there. There is a Walmart just down the street you can Uber there for $2.65 there are other stores as well. The Grand Venetian is a wonderful place offering so many amenities there's no need to leave. The gym is a nice size and you can't beat the view as it faces out to the water! There is five pools and a restaurant is located next to one of them. If you need to buy souvenirs no problem, you can purchase them right there on the beach. Working with Fernando was truly a pleasure, always so engaging and quick to respond. If you stay here you will never want to leave, it truly offers all of the comforts of home with a phenomenal view! We look forward to staying here again in the future! Do yourself a favor and stay here, you will be happy you did! We arrived here July 7, 2018

The condo itself was very clean and comfortable with all the amenities that you would need. Comfortable bed, and great shower. We cooked some of our own meals and the kitchen had everything I needed. The Grand Venetian has very beautiful grounds and 5 amazing pools. It was so wonderful to be out all day exploring the beautiful city of Puerto Vallarta and have a "home" to come back to. I would definitely stay again!

Simply Fantastic!

This property is amazing! It is a 5 star accommodation. Fernando is extremely responsive and answered questions very promptly. Mildred, who checked us in and out was very friendly. We stayed at the condo for fifteen days. I like to cook some of our meals when staying for extended periods and the condo was nicely equipped and made cooking an easy task. The view from the eighteenth floor was awesome. The property has multiple pools with a restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. It is within walking distance of a grocery store and it is an easy bus ride to the Marina area or to downtown. The staff was always courteous and helpful. The Wifi worked great.....based on our personal experience we would definitely recommend this property. Thank you Fernando and Mildred!

Wonderful location and amenities

We recently visited Puerto Vallarta to have some dental work done and stayed at this lovely condo. It was very easy to communicate with Fernando both before and during our stay, and we were met very graciously on arrival. The condo is really nicely furnished and is extremely comfortable. There is more than enough room for a couple and a small family of 3 or 4 would work as well. There is a full kitchen which we enjoy using as it is a 10-15 minute walk to grocery stores nearby. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit which makes life a lot easier. We arrived with just carry on luggage for a 10 day stay and were quite comfortable. The Grand Venetian complex is amazing and private with five large pools to choose from, or pop out the gate and take a walk on the beach or go for a swim in the ocean. There is a nice gym to use in Tower 1 if you are so inclined. The staff are kind and helpful and we found the whole complex very clean. It is about a 10-15 minute cab or bus (be brave they are great fun!) ride to downtown (Centro) PV, but the condo is really central so it isn't far to any of the areas you may want to see. The airport is also very close, we got off the plane with carry on luggage and took the city bus (8-10 minutes?) to the gate of the Grand Venetian. We had a really amazing time, thank you Fernando!

It offers the amenities of a five star hotel with incredible views of the ocean. It has five pools where you can relax and have a view of the beach. You can also seat in the secluded beach are with palapas and lounge chairs

What makes this property unique

Have a spacious apartment instead of a confined room at a hotel which most likely will not have a view of the ocean. Be able to cook your own meals if you so desire.
