I am giving four stars based on how the description met the actual stay with one star deducted. The tiny house was perfect for us, although it was a long, bumpy, gravel road that led to the property. The overall property was a “work in progress, but the Tiny House itself was darling and well equipped to cook (although no salt/pepper, spices, oil). We used the outdoor kitchen on the deck to prepare our breakfasts and were out exploring the area during the days and evenings. The bed was comfortable but could use two extra pillows. The private hot tub was delightful. We had plenty of hot water for showering. It was easy to access once we understood how the digital lock worked. Understand what it is and it will work for you. It is nice and close for viewing Kilauea.
