Our loft + one-bedroom, two-bathroom condo (Gambel Oak 787) features a full kitchen and private deck, with views of the Glacier Club's golf course and unmatched views of the surrounding San Juan Mountains. Wifi speeds are approximately 50 Mbps. Our guests can play the Valley Course at Glacier Club at a discounted rate of $160 per round for 18 holes with a cart.

The beautiful condo overlooks the golf course and the red cliffs. The King bed is upstairs in the loft, with a full bathroom. The main level has a queen bed in the second sleeping area, with another full bath. A full kitchen and living and dining areas are on the same level. There is a great deck, electric fireplace, 2 TVs, and WIFI.

ON-SITE AMENITIES INCLUDE: indoor pool, outdoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, steam shower, fitness center, golf, tennis, playground, restaurant & bar, event center. There is an EV Charging Station available for guest use in the Valley Clubhouse parking lot, adjacent to the Tamarron Lodge.

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding, etc) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours, etc) activities.

Please note, due to HOA regulations, this unit, and all of the units at Tamarron do NOT allow pets.

4WD is recommended in Winter (Dec-Mar).

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer
travel insurance.

Durango vacay

The location at the Glacier club was great. Lots of stairs to get to the unit. Bed upstairs was really firm. You can tell the unit was old and they are trying to make it look modern. Laundry facility was directly across from unit which was nice.Pretty good location between Durango and Silverton.

Extremely clean and comfortable. Beautiful views and love the golf course. Only negative was broken coffee maker and I was promptly reimbursed after I bought one. Upstairs drain is very slow. Highly recommend!

Summer vacation to Durango

I enjoyed the property, location and amenities. I did choose to stay there because of the restaurants on site; unfortunately, as renters we were not able to make reservations to either restaurant so we didn’t get to experience that.

Condo outside of Durango

The condo was decorated nicely and was comfortable. There were some cleanliness issues which were reported to VRC including outside deck, entry and bath. We should have realized how far outside of Durango the location actually is, it is noted in the description. Also was not aware that the hot tub, fitness room, pool and restaurants are a half mile from the condo. Note, there are a lot of steps from the parking lot and up to the hot loft. Beautiful country for hiking.

Nice Place

We were happy with the accommodations . It was clean and had all the supplies we needed - including some spices for cooking. I was apprehensive seeing the electric grill on the patio (property regulations), but it performed VERY well. Since the listing said Durango, we thought we would be in Durango, but we were really ~20 minutes north of Durango towards Purgatory and Silverton. This worked out for us since the hikes we were doing were in that area anyway. This is a very large property with a nice golf course. They had a gym and pool - although the pool had very few lounge chairs for the pool size. Overall we liked the place and would consider it for future plans!

Perfect Workcation Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I were looking for a great setup where we could both work during the day and then hike and bike after work, this property delivered. The upstairs bedroom has a large monitor (I brought two, on of which I didn't need) and has a comfortable desk and chair. The downstairs bedroom has a smaller desk where my wife worked, the LAN drop even worked for her phone. I even was called upon to do a work trip while staying here and found that I could get to my destination easily from DRO. The gym at Tamarron is fantastic for a vacation property and rivals the best hotel gyms. We also liked the location which is makes it easy to get to town or to the high-county hiking and trails above Purgatory. In terms of the setup we found the supplies provided by VRC to be more than adequate and the home had everything we needed to cook. There are a lot of steps to this place which is disclosed in the description so It was a little tiring hauling my bike up the stairs and quite the workout moving in and out. The wildlife around Tamarron was cool, we saw a black bear twice. It lingered for quite a while digging in the mulch, there are also numerous turkeys, deer, and squirrels.VRC was super responsive and easy to deal with. We extended our stay on day and that was easily done.All in all a great experience.

Get Your Steps In With Stairs

Condo was very nice. We did not like all the stairs outside going up to the condo. They were not well lit. Also difficult carrying luggage up and down stairs. In the condo it never cooled off upstairs (spiral staircase) even tho they had a portable fan. Who wants to climb those stairs and take luggage up them. The downstairs bathtub was not clean so I used the bathtub upstairs. They said they would come clean it but i chose not. Lots of closer space. Nice home furnishings.
