Incredible Catalina Mountain views from this fully furnished two-bedroom two-bathroom home in the Sun City Oro Valley (SCOV) 45-and-older active adult community.

The recently updated kitchen features quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances, including a refrigerator with ice maker, range, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker.

The large main bedroom features a walk-out to the backyard patio, a massive walk-in closet, and a huge private bathroom with tub, walk-in shower, dual sink vanity, and private water closet. The queen-size bed is fully adjustable, with massage options.

The second bedroom includes two twin beds for visiting grandkids (or a snoring spouse.)

The garage includes an oversized washer and dryer and space to park one vehicle. There is additional driveway parking for two more vehicles.

Utilities and high-speed internet are included. Broadcast/cable television are not, but a Roku is available with free entertainment streaming options or to access your own subscription streaming services, like Netflix or Amazon Video.

The mandatory one-time $25 community fee enables access to all SCOV amenities, including:
- 18-hole golf course (call for course rates)
- Olympic size pools and aquatic fitness classes
- Pickle ball and tennis courts
- Community gym and fitness classes
- 9-hole miniature golf

We had a wonderful trip, the home exceeded our expectations in every way! Our host Amber went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. It was wonderful having all the amenities offered by Sun City. We would definitely stay at this home again on our next visit.

Panoramic Mountain view

Wanted to experience Sun City and surrounding area. The house is very nice and in a good location. Beautiful Mountain View’s from patio and from great room and kitchen. Home is well appointed with about everything you need. I highly recommend taking the tour of Sun City - there is a lot going on here. Host was quick to respond to questions. Great experience overall.
