Primary bedroom on main level: King bed, desk, dresser, oversized chair and private full bathroom with shower and closet.

Bunk room on main level: 6 built in twin beds. Bunk room has a sectional sofa with large ottoman and smart tv along with foosball table and board games. There is a full bathroom with shower right across the hall from the bunk room.

Main floor bedroom: King bed, dressers, chair and private full bathroom with shower and closet.

Main living area has an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings featuring a very well stocked kitchen with large island and 4 bar stools along with 2 swivel chairs in sitting area off kitchen. Living room has 2 brand new large, comfortable sofas and oversized coffee table with wood burning fireplace, smart tv and a Sonos stereo system for both indoor and outdoor surround sound. The dining room has a large table with bench seating plus 6 chairs to accommodate 10 people. There are incredible lake views from the large windows and sliding glass doors that surround the main living area.

Downstairs there is a 3rd bedroom with king bed and full bath. There is also a laundry and kitchen/bar area downstairs featuring a full sized washer and dryer, sink, full sized refrigerator and nugget ice maker for that "good ice" :)

There are custom light fixtures, cabinetry and window coverings throughout the home along with tasteful decor and quality furnishings. The beds are extremely comfortable and we get great water pressure making for amazing showers!

We are on a very private, peaceful lot on a point right on the main lake with panoramic views of the water. The outdoor area has a large shaded patio off the main living area with beautiful pottery barn furniture with lots of comfortable seating along with a picnic table for outdoor dining. Off the patio is a firepit area with 6 composite Adirondack chairs, a firepit, gas grill, Blackstone flat top grill. Off the downstairs level, under the main deck is a large swinging day bed perfect for afternoon naps along with other comfortable seating and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after those long days on the lake.

Included in your rental is the use of 1 huge lily pad floating mat, kayak and 2 stand up paddle boards along with paddles and life vests. We are right on the main lake with deep water (10 feet plus) off the end of our dock. Perfect for jumping in on those hot days! We are located less than 3 miles from a public boat launch. In the fall of 2024 a large brand new boat dock with cool decking was built and is available for docking your boat or sitting by the water and is also a great fishing spot.

All linens are provided including sheets, comforters, duvet covers, extra pillows in the closets and throw blankets throughout the house. We provide 1 bath towel and 1 washcloth per guest along with 1 hand towel per bathroom. We will have laundry detergent, bleach and dryer balls available for your use if you wish to wash your towels throughout the week. We also provide a few beach towels for your use so please do not take the white bath towels outside. We will start you off with a small amount of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing pods, dish soap, garbage bags and other household necessities. We do not provide toiletries but we do have black microfiber facial clothes in the bathrooms for removing makeup to help keep our white towels sparkling clean :) The kitchen is very well stocked with plenty of dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, cups, wine glasses, serving platters, mixing bowls, cookie sheets, a crock pot, pots & pans and much more. We also have a coffee bar with a Keurig as well as a French press, drip coffee maker, plenty of mugs, sugar and a few K-cups to get you started.
