It was a nice apartment in a good location and a great view from the 29th floor. However, the apartment lacked some basic amenities one might expect at a short term rental such as toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, hand soap, wash cloths, and coffee filters.

Fantastic views of both downtown and the Hudson River. Washer controls need maintenance; master bathroom toilet handle loose. Limited pots & pans. Would return and would recommend to friends & family.

View! AMAZING

This unit was Perfect. Allia the property manger was very helpful and informative. Was little concerned about the area but it ended up being in a great neighborhood near many Restaurants 2 blocks up. If we hadn’t had a 4 year old we would have walked everywhere. Ubers and taxis were easy. The Mercedes House is an huge apartment complex but very safe and friendly. They have a front desk person at all times for help . And a small market right next to the building. Perfect for families that don’t go out every night. We would go back in a minute.
