Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Quaint beach house in a quiet and safe beach community. 5 houses up from the beach and private beach access. Perfect for a family get away or a couples vacation. Minutes from Downtown Niantic and a short drive to Mystic, CT, casinos, and Rhode Island. Close to Electric Boat and Dominion. 4 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with one queen each, one bedroom containing two twin beds, one room with one full bed and plenty of room in the family room for an air mattress.

Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Keys under the front doormat. Beach pass returned where it found.
Lock all doors. Shut all windows.
Turn off ALL lights.
Turn off fans and AC.
Lower heat to 65
Take out trash to bins.
Leave trash out front for trash pick up Monday morning
