The condo is conveniently located within the heart of Destin with dining, shopping, and sightseeing just moments away. In addition to easy access to all that Destin has to offer, this condo also has access to all of Silver Beach Tower Resort’s on-site amenities, including two beachfront pools, and much more. East 202 is thoughtfully arranged to create the perfect atmosphere for peaceful relaxation.

East 202 offers an upscale, contemporary feel with warm, welcoming colors and an inviting open-concept living area. Throughout the vacation condo you'll find stunning touches, like intricate crown molding, nine-foot windows, and travertine tile floors. You’ll find the perfect space for family and friends to relax together around the 75-inch flat-screen Smart TV. The wraparound sofa even converts to a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate larger parties. The south wall has floor-to-ceiling windows that open directly onto the two furnished beachfront balconies. The dining area offers seating for eight. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size stainless-steel appliances, granite counter tops, and includes all the cookware and dishware needed to create memorable meals together.

The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, 42-inch flat-screen TV and DVD player, and private access to the beachfront balcony. The master bathroom features a large soaking bathtub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. The first guest bedroom has a king bed, 37-inch flat-screen TV and DVD player, and private access to the beachfront balcony. This guest bedroom has a private bathroom. The second guest bedroom has a king bed, 37-inch flat-screen TV and DVD player, and private access to the beachfront balcony. Just steps from both the guest bedroom and living area is a full guest bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Lovely condo with beautiful views. Stayed here with our 8 year old and my parents. Plenty of room for everyone, gorgeous views, very clean, beautifully updated with easy access to the beach and pool. We will definitely stay here again.

Paradise in Destin!

So beautiful and close to the beach we barely left the condo!! This place was above and beyond anything we could have imagined!! The location was perfect - 2nd floor no elevators the whole week!! The areA had plenty of activities in walking distance.

The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean and was perfect for our family! Beautiful condo

The condo is beautiful just like the pictures. Plenty of room for our family trip with 8 people (4 adults, 4 kids). The kitchen had all the things needed to cook with even Tupperware for left overs. Short walk to the beach and could even walk to some restaurants and shops. Great communication with the host. We will definitely be back!

Great family getaway

This condo worked out wonderfully for our family of 8. Plenty of space for everyone to come together and to have some space apart. The location on the beach was great. We had easy access to the both the beach and the pools. When the weather wasn't pleasant, we had a great view of the ocean.

Compass Employee Karen is the most HORRIBLE employee they have.

If I had to make my decision about the stay from the first day, I'd NEVER be back. The Compass employee in the parking deck was the rudest employee I've ever encountered. Her name is Karen. She was an older white lady with blonde hair. She was bad. Thankfully our interaction with Karen was limited to the first day. All other employees were fantastic. I ended up loving the facility and will be back.

Perfect, spacious getaway for 6!

Rental was amazing! Can't get any closer to the beach, right next to the lobby, down a set of stairs to the pool area, then to the sand. PLENTY of room for 3 couples, each with their own bathroom. EACH bedroom has a view of the beach. Everything you need to cook with already in the kitchen. Full washer and dryer helped a bunch. Location was right in the middle of everything. Wouldn't change a thing.

We loved the place and the conveniece of getting to the pool and to the beach was great.

In addition to the convenience and cleanliness of this unit and the location...I would only change 1 thing and that would be to have 1 extra key because we had 3 adult couples in our group and having only 2 keys became difficult at times.
