Quiet location close to the boardwalk

Great 2 bedroom townhouse for 5 adults. Appreciated host's timely and direct responses. Easily walkable to activities on the beach and the boardwalk. Would book again.

Worst place we have ever stayed

The place was not cleaned. The sheets and pillows smell like sweat. The pillows have yellow sweat stains on them. So disgusting!!! They had 1 wash cloth and 2 towels which looked dirty and wrinkled for a family of 3. The floors were sticky. We had to clean them outselves and not walk barefoot. The rungs have not been shampooed. The shower upstairs does not drain so you have to stand in dirty water. Also, that shower leaks downstairs and drips on the kitchen counter. You can see there was a previous attemp to repair it. So, dont put any electronics there or phones they will be ruined. The kitchen sink drips you must wiggle it to get it to stop.. there is hair in the freezer and hair in the bathroom drawers. This may be the worst part..There are dirty razors with hair on them in both bathrooms...a dorty glove wash cloth thing hanging in the shower. There are enough chemicals here to give you a migraine..with fabreeze to glade plug ins all over..so many corners cut here and a waste of money...very uncomfortable being in a dirty home. We went to the store and purchased our own laundry detergent and fabric softener to wash all sheets and pillows. I hope the owners put more care into this place in the future and respect their guests

Hi, I am sorry that you feel this way about our home. We have a cleaning company that cleans the home prior to any guest and send photos of the home after being cleaned before any guest enters my home. The home was professionally cleaned by a local company and pictures were sent to us afterwards showing the clean home before I make any payments to them. The home was professionally cleaned prior to your arrival. I am not sure what you are referring to when you mention that the home was not clean. The hallway has a full linen closet with extra towels and sheets. The laundry room is also stocked with detergent and fabric softener for guests. As for the drip, we are sorry that the leak happened again after our previous repair. If you would have called me during your stay I would have had this fixed for you. You never reached out to us after we messaged you before, during, and after your stay asking how things were. I hope in the future you call owners with any problems/concerns and leave truthful reviews. I went to the home after your stay and you left the majority of your belongings in the closet. If you are in need of your families clothes please just reach out to me.
