Wonderful place - awesome stay!

We had such a great stay. The place was very clean, up to date, and had plenty of everything we needed. The pool was such a hit with our kids and being close to the beach was great. We went multiple times to the beach and loved it. If we stay in this area again we will be back.

Lovely house near the beach

My family had such a great time during over a week long stay at this lovely house. layout is nice, kitchen is large and had everything we needed for meal prep and serving. The pool was perfect and was used every day, beach is very close and we were happy to see there were chairs, umbrella, & cooler available for use. neighborhood is very friendly and quiet. Lesley and the TMI team were fantastic at making our stay absolutely great, very quick response time whenever anything came up or any questions we had. I highly recommend this property and we look forward to coming back!

Lovely stay with large family

The house is well equipped for our family of 6 (4 teenagers). The pool was clean, lounge chairs around and a large table with seats. We spent a lot of time out there! Large sliding doors open the living room to the pool area. Tubes, noodles and some pool toys were available and enjoyed by all. Garage had all beach gear we needed including shark teeth scoops and sifters. It had all kitchen and grilling supplies that we needed. Bathrooms were large and LOTS of towels! We had plenty for pool/beach/bathing all at the same time. We saw so much wildlife in the area: tortoise, rabbits, lizards, even manatees and otters from the bridge! The neighborhood is quiet and the landscaping gave you a great sense of privacy. Shopping and restaurants were all a short drive away (not walkable, unlike the beach!). Any question or issue was responded quickly.

We had a wonderful stay at 2455 Lemon Avenue. The house was great, the pool was great, and when we did have questions we had an immediate response from the staff at TMI. I would recommend this to everyone. We have stayed at other houses that are part of the TMI system and have always had a very positive experience.

Family Vacation

We had a great time at this home. The pool was large enough to accommodate all 7 of us at the same time, along with all of the pool inflatables that we brought. The house is very comfortable and allows space and privacy for all of us. We especially enjoyed the lanai seating area that allowed us to sit together for meals and watch the kids while they were in the pool. There are multiple beaches close by that we enjoyed, and the kids found lots of shark teeth. The host was very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely rebook this home.

This will always be our home away from home

My family of 9 and I traveled from Missouri to vacation in Florida. This home accommodated our family so well. It had two sides to the house so everyone had their own personal space. The cleanliness was pristine, the owners always answered questions very quickly, the pool was crystal clear, and the beds were very comfy. It felt weird leaving the place we made so many beautiful memories in, it felt like home. Thank you for the stay! We WILL be back.

Perfect vacation home

The house was great! Its in a very quiet neiborhood. Very close to the beach, perfect biking distance. Lots of activites in the area. Really enjoyed my stay! Would highly recommend this house and definetly comming back in the future!
