Kathys house sits directly on the bay East of Carrabelle River. This 2 story home provides a breathtaking veiw with privacy. Located in city limits and only feet from Carrabelle public boat ramp. Enjoy the view and abundant wildlife as you relax on the wrap-around porch. One block from river walk to restaurants and shops. Kids can reel in fish from the bank, catch fiddler crabs, kayak (on property) or have fun exploring the 10 acres of natural habitat.
The space
Beautiful large 2 story home.
Downstairs has large full kitchen, spacious living and dining room. Master bedroom 1 king bed/full bath, guest room 1 full bed /full bath.
Upstairs has 1 full bath with 2 Full bunk beds with twin top bunks. 1 Queen size bed, and 1 sleeper sofa.
Located on ground floor you will find laundry room with washer and dryer
Outdoors you will find picnic areas, kayaks, swing and fire pit. 1 block from public boat ramp. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. There is covered boat storage at driveway entrance for guest use.

Home is completely open to guest except for janitors closet and storage room.

No grilling on porch. Please grill on ground level only. No candles inside house or on porch.
Please don't place A/C below 70. Do not bring boats on trailers or RV across wooden bridge. Widow walks (top of house roof) is locked and off limits.

Excellent family getaway.

My family and I enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. We enjoyed utilizing the kayaks on site. Our two year-old grandson enjoyed the toys that were there for him to play and to color. Plenty of room and very close to restaurants.
