Breakers Oceanfront Villa with Beautiful View of Ocean & Pool with a King Bed



Located on the beach across from Coligny Plaza, the 'Downtown of Hilton Head,' #323 The Breakers offers beautiful oceanfront views, an on-site oceanfront pool, and is just steps away from shopping and dining. Spectacular ocean views from the kitchen, living room, or deck will keep you in awe as you watch each beautiful sunrise.

This small, cozy and comfortable 508 sq. ft. villa is a one bedroom/one bathroom condominium with a king-size bed and a queen-size pull-out sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stainless steel full size range and oven, stainless refrigerator with ice maker, stainless microwave, stainless dishwasher, and all small kitchen appliances and utensils. There is a Keurig coffee maker that offers the convenience of making a pot or one cup. The bathroom area has a washer and dryer. The size of this condo is perfect for a couple, and a bit crowded for 4 people.

The living area has a 50 inch flat screen smart television, and there is also a DVD/VCR, and a nice selection of videos for you to watch. Wireless Building Internet allows you full connectivity while on your vacation. Instructions for WiFi and the rules for the Breakers complex are located on the refrigerator.

There is a 32" TV in the bedroom.

The entire villa is tiled with non-slip tile, and decorated with a seaside theme. It is very light and bright, with white bead board in the living area. A comfortable chair, and a sofa and double-ottoman provide plenty of seating.

Views from the third floor are lovely and there is no one above you. The deck has 4 anti-gravity chairs and two small tables, so you can enjoy cocktail hour comfortably seated and enjoying the ambiance. There is an elevator which is very convenient to our condo, which makes accessing it easy.

Bed linens, linens for the sofa bed, and bath, hand and beach towels are provided. Beach chairs and a beach umbrella are stored in the villa for your use.

We can only give out one parking pass per villa.

Long-term winter rentals (one month or longer) get 50% off the quoted daily rates.

We had a great time in Hilton Head. The traffic in the area is a little crazy, but once you get to the condo it's perfect. Quaint, neat, clean, great view and easy access to the pool and beach!We had everything we needed right there. I would highly recommend this property and these hosts.

My family has been coming to Hilton Head for over twenty-five years. This is the first time that my wife and I came hear for our anniversary. We loved it!! Close to shopping and restaurants the pool and the beach. Didnt have to get in our car until we left 5 days later. Isnt that awesome!!

We loved it, the condo smelled so clean as soon as we opened the door. The location is really good. We could even walk to grocery store. We have came to Hilton head for 20years. Our first time not staying in sea pines. And loved the oceanfront view, location, I’m not a fan of elevators, only because the wait is usually long. But even that was a breeze!
