Amazing Oceanfront Views-Top Floor Corner Villa with Direct Access to the Beach!

It’s always 5 O’clock at this Hilton Head Island beachside villa! Newly remodeled bathroom and kitchen with appliances!

This uniquely designed oceanfront property located at 372 Seaside Villas is the perfect spot for a romantic getaway or family vacation. The top-floor corner villa offers a prime location just a short walk to shops and restaurants in Coligny Plaza, as well as direct access to the beach. The 180 degree beautiful views of the beach and ocean from your private balcony is the perfect place to start and end your day.

The space
Sip your morning coffee (or mimosa!) on your private balcony while soaking in the beautiful blue Atlantic views. This cozy oceanfront villa includes a bright and airy comfortable living room with a pull out couch and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. The living room TV has cable and a Roku (please bring your login info if you intend to use any apps) , and the unit has free Wi-Fi. The Bedroom features a queen bed, 2 night stands and a closet for ample storage space. Two built in bunk beds provide a perfect sleeping spot for children or additional storage.

The 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo is located within Seaside Villas, a private, gated oceanfront community with direct access to the beach. There are 2 onsite community pool areas (open Apr. 1-Sept. 30), grilling area, limited covered parking but large open parking lot and bike racks. Elevators are located in both buildings and coin-operated laundry rooms are found on each floor.

The unit has a box fan and a tower fan for those that need one to sleep or like the air moving along with a ceiling fan in the bedroom and living room. Front door Ring Camera for security purposes only.

** NO PETS ALLOWED on the property or in the Villa. We love our fur babies as well, but we have to enforce this rule. Seaside Villas is a pet free complex. Guests will have to vacate the premises immediately with NO REFUND if this rule is not respected plus a $250 deep cleaning fee. We respectfully ask that you seek out another property that will allow pets.

** NO SMOKING ALLOWED IN THE VILLA OR PATIO. Daily fines will apply. If you enjoy smoking we politely recommend you seek accommodations at properties that allow smoking.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was exceptionally clean, beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing beach vacation. The ocean view was absolutely stunning, and the location couldn't have been better. We especially appreciated that it was fully stocked with beach essentials, which made our trip so much easier. The host was also fantastic—very responsive and great with communication throughout our stay.The only minor downside was that I had expected the washer and dryer to be in the unit, but they were actually coin-operated and located in the building. It's possible I simply overlooked that detail in the listing, so it wasn't a major issue.Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful condo with more thoughtful amenities and extras for guests than we’ve ever encountered! The condo was completely updated, very clean and has everything you could need for your stay. The view was as promised. Condo facility was safe, quiet, clean, and easy to navigate. Cathy was so thoughtful and friendly! Location was also excellent! The condo is within walking distance to Coligny Plaza with so many options for food and shopping. I highly recommend this condo and will rebook when we come back to Hilton Head!

We truly enjoyed our stay! Cathy was an amazing host, giving us great information prior to our arrival to help us get settled quickly and enjoy our vacation! The Villa had everything we needed. The ocean views were breathtaking. You can see the ocean from the sitting area inside which makes it even more relaxing, we loved having our coffee on the porch where we could enjoy the views and sounds of the ocean.
