It's nestled in a quiet neighborhood and there are many supermarkets and restaurants within a 5-10 mins drive. New 58'' 4K smart TV, new kitchen appliances, new furniture, everything inside the house is new. The house also provides a large and nice patio where you can seat and relax . It is about 18 miles to LA downtown, 24 miles to Universal Studio, and 28 miles to Disneyland Park.
