The separate dining area includes an extendable wood dining table, a coffee bar with a Soho Cuisinart machine.The living room is furnished with a deep-seated sofa, a decorative fireplace, and a wood coffee table, 65-inch Samsung Smart TV. This space is designed for comfort and style, making it perfect for a relaxing stay.

This place is dedicated to your relaxation and privacy. To ensure your safety, we’ve installed an ADT security system and additional security measures. The driveway camera monitors vehicle movements for guest convenience, and you have easy access to emergency services, including fire and medical help, at your fingertips. A central panel is located in the lobby entry area for authorized guests using the 1st floor and 2nd floor guest suites.

Property Access:

You have full access to the entire First floor( over 1,000SF) of the Marengo Estate. The estate is a duplex, also includes a second floor home with a full kitchen, living room, and two bedrooms and one bathroom home.
A separate listing is available. You will have a private entry, Yale lock installed for guests self check in. Parking provided up to 2 vehicles.

Parking Information:

The property is located at the corner of Marengo Ave and Commonwealth Ave. For your convenience, you can park from either direction, allowing easy access to both streets.

Entry Code:

Management will send you the entry code via text and email 24 to 48 hours before your check-in date.

The main lobby, which serves as the main entrance of the property, food delivery will come through here.

House Rules:

No Smoking of Any Kind: Please smoke outside on the front patio or in the driveway.

No Unregistered Guests: Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

No Parties or Events: We kindly ask that you do not host parties or events during your stay.

Great Stay!

We needed a place near Monterey Park to visit family during Thanksgiving, and it was great! Very clean and modern, with really comfortable beds and bed linens. Lots of nice touches. Good location too. Owner very responsive and friendly. Glad we found it!

Really enjoyed our stay. Super. Omfortable beds. Clean, spacious and updated conveniences such as mini split A/C units, adjustable room lighting, smart/ functional decor and furnishings. Perfect for a music-filled weekend

Booked this property for a festival at the Rose Bowl and it was perfect. Appreciated having 2 separate bedrooms with their own mini split systems--it was warm upstairs, but having our own in-room AC was really appreciated on weekend of unusually high temperatures. Had some difficulty finding the location with the info given using GPS, so we had to use the cross street shared by the host which was not at all where our GPS sent us to--not sure how that could be fixed though. It was just a challenge with heavy Friday afternoon traffic. Host was super accommodating and we plan to book again for next year's festival,
