Our Most Popular Garden View! This well decorated, Luxury condo is ideal for Families! A two Bedroom/three Bath condo located on the ground floor with easy pool, beach and garden access and a view of the beautiful mountains. Enjoy your evening meal on the private covered lanai overlooking the expansive garden protected by well manicured landscaping.

There is Central AC in this condo as well as a full size washer and dryer for laundry!

Enjoy Oasis on the Beach Restaurant and Spa by the Sea at this Resort!

This world class resort offers two and a half acres of tropical gardens among the Fantasy Pool area. Guests love lounging in the lazy river, splashing in the pool, relaxing in one of three sand bottom Jacuzzis or sliding down the two water slides. There is also a poolside Bar and Grill. All this overlooks the azure ocean.

This resort is perfect for families and offers convenient access to shopping centers and all recreational activities. Outside the resort and across the street are grocery stores, Starbucks, Long Drugs, and an Ice Cream Shop!

Minimum stay is 3 nights; except for Holidays, when there is a minimum stay of 7 nights.

We loved the beach access and the pool. It was a perfect location to be able to venture north or south on the island. So much was walkable from the resort as well.

Great home for our family with little ones. The property was perfect. Very clean, it had everything we needed, the kids loved the pool and the location was ideal to reach everywhere on the island. The home helped make out experience feel like the perfect vacation.

My family of 5 had a wonderful stay at the resort. The room was very clean and we felt comfortable upon arrival. There were 4 beach chairs and coolers to use. The pool was wonderful and used by all of us. There are ample chairs and the towel process was easy. Kapa’a was a great place to stay with ease of access to the other parts of the island. There are plenty of restaurants and a Safeway and ABC store right across the street within walking distance. My only complaint would be that there aren’t enough pillows and the pillows that are there were very worn and flat. But even so we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thank you!

Such a great place to stay! The place was very well stocked and clean. The beds are comfy and the full kitchen is great. Our host was awesome and communicated well. The location is our favorite…easy drives to either side of the island. Would definitely stay again!

The unit was just as pictured, very clean and kitchen well stocked for cooking and grilling needs. The whole property is beautiful and well kept, the pools were delightful, the hot tubs nice for warming up. The condo management team were super helpful in making some last minute changes for us and very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

Not often does a vacation rental home exceed expectations, but this one did. It was well cared for, clean, and had everything we needed. The complex and resort is very nice, and we loved having all of the food and grocery shopping options just right across the street.We will definitely stay here again.

This was one of two units we rented for a group of 9. We had an amazing stay at Waipouli Beach Resort in Kauai. The resort is beautifully maintained, with lush tropical landscaping, a stunning pool area, and direct beach access that made every day feel like paradise.Our accommodations were spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The location was perfect—close to restaurants, shopping, and many of Kauai's top attractions, making it easy to explore the island while still enjoying a peaceful retreat.One of the highlights was the resort's incredible pool, complete with waterfalls, slides, and plenty of space to relax. We also loved waking up to ocean views and taking morning walks along the beach.The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. Waipouli Beach Resort exceeded our expectations, and we would gladly stay here again on a future trip to Kauai. Highly recommended for families, couples, and anyone looking for a memorable Hawaiian getaway.

Wow, I cannot say enough great things about Waipouli Beach Resort and our unit! It felt like the best of both worlds of a condo and hotel. We loved the Oasis restaurant with its gorgeous view. It is truly beachfront and our kids had fun splashing in the water while we enjoyed the beach chairs on the sand. The pool was amazing! Multiple rock bottomed hot tubs (a family and two adult only), two water slides, the “river”, waterfall with a grotto, a children’s sandbar.The location is great. Centrally located and easy to get to the north, south, and west sides of the island. Lots to do in this area too: Fern Grotto, Lydgate beach, Kapaa town, bike path. Having Safeway and the shopping center across the street is so convenient. Don’t skip Wailua Shave Ice! Our unit was well-appointed, comfortable, and felt like a large hotel suite. The air conditioning worked great and kept us cool and it was nice and quiet, minus roosters ;) Make sure you stock up on kitchen items like tinfoil, cooking spray, etc. There were beach chairs and coolers available. We would return in a heartbeat! Our favorite vacation rental we’ve stayed at in Hawaii.

Perfect Beach Vacation

We loved this resort! The combination of the beach and the pool was exactly what we were looking for. There is a shopping area right across the street with a Safeway and food places, literally a 2 minute walk. There were also other great restaurants within walking distance which was so nice. This was the perfect vacation and we would stay here again!

Awesome place for a family of 5, two adults and 3 kids. Clean, well equipped and perfect size. Right on the beach, great pools and hot tubs on site. Easy to get everywhere on the island.

This is a great condo to access all parts of the island. It’s central to get to both sides, grocery store across the street was so convenient, and lots of good food spots nearby. Would definitely recommend!
