Quaint oceanfront condo for your romantic getaway or small family retreat!

1370 Pelican Watch is located within the gated community of Seabrook Island. Enjoy the array of luxury amenities Seabrook Island has to offer including 2 saltwater pools, a fitness center, 15 tennis courts, an equestrian center, and 2 world-renowned golf courses.

This second floor condo features direct beach access and an oceanfront balcony. Take in stunning low-country views and picturesque sunsets from your private back porch. The open living space includes a well-stocked kitchen, dining area, comfortable seating, and a stacked washer and dryer. The bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bathroom. There is also a second full bath off the entry hall. Additional sleeping available on the queen sized sleeper sofa.

Amenity cards give you access to Seabrook Island Club and The Lake House amenities, where you will find various pools, activities, golf, and dining options. Amenity cards are the responsibility of the guest to acquire, but we do provide guidance. Seabrook Island is a cashless environment. Fees apply for certain amenity use, such as the fitness center and indoor pools. The Club is located is just a short walk away. Freshfields town area is only 3 miles away with boutique shops, up-scale restaurants, and seasonal events. Historic downtown Charleston is approximately an hour drive away.

Things to know: Two gate passes are allowed and cost $45/ Vehicle. This must be paid prior to your arrival and parking passes are to be picked up during the check-in process. Amenity cards granting access to club facilities are required. Daily Seabrook Island Amenity Fee applies at this property. Additional fees apply for dining options, fitness center, golf courses, the racquet club, and other areas.

What an amazing stay! Location was perfect and the villa was fantastic. We arrived to a clean and neatly decorated villa. My husband is fascinated with the couch! We enjoyed a relaxing, quiet and restful week. We even got to see a few Bucks and a managed to score some fossilized shells. Highly recommend Seabrook Island and 1370 Pelican Watch. We will definitely be back!!!!

Great stay aside from the man downstairs who had the alarm clock that went off every morning at 6 am sounding like a train horn. Beautiful condo… beautiful view…

Convenient Seabrook Island condo

First time for us to Seabrook/Kiawah area, and this condo was a good homebase. The amenity card was pricey—300 for the week, and we only ate within the resort 3 times over the week as most everything is closed on Sunday/Mondays.The condo was clean and had a nice assortment of kitchen amenities, pots/pans, etc. We loved riding rental bikes around and walking on the beach, especially seeing many dolphins very close to the shore. We never saw an actual “strand feeding”, but saw several dolphin babies with their mothers. We will definitely be back to explore more of the area in the future.

Beautiful condo. Well appointed. Clean. Excellent condition. WIFI was nice to have as well as the flat screen. I was amazed at how comfortable the sleeper sofa was. Have stayed in several Seabrook properties and this one is by far the nicest and best value. Will definitely stay there again!!!! Thank You!!

Pelican Watch

I loved the convenience of just a walk to the beach, very quiet even on a holiday weekend. Ice maker and freezer were not working well and master shower was confusing to turn on but called the manager and this was taken care of. I did not use the amenities as it would cost $50 per day.

Peaceful stay

My wife and I stayed for 2 weeks in February. Peaceful location great view of the beach. Although a cold snap precluded us spending a lot of time on the beach, each time we walked on the beach we saw dolphins swimming. Only complaint would be we never really figured out yhe thermostat. During cold snap the heat kept reverting to 60 degrees. The property manager was responsive to our requests. Unit is a little dated and could use a freshening up. Some minor things (cheese grater, salt and pepper) items missing in the kitchen. Location has a grocery and various restaurants nearby.

Best place to stay on Seabrook Island!

Seabrook Island is a very nice quiet community and great place to vacation without all the fuss of tourists and busy traffic. We were very pleased with the villa which is the best place to stay, I believe, on the Island. My family of four fit very well. My kids 11 and 7 were quite comfortable in the living room. I LOVED eating breakfast on the patio watching the ocean every morning and even cooking and being in the kitchen to look up and see the ocean was WONDERFUL...I still miss it! The villa was clean, well kept and bed was comfortable. We really enjoyed Freshfields Village, which has great places to eat and shop and just a short drive or bike ride. We visited Folly Beach and were so glad we didn't stay there because it seems so touristy, crowded and not relaxing whatsoever. The same goes for Myrtle Beach. A friend went to Myrtle Beach the same time we went to Seabrook Island and she couldn't believe how uncrowded our beach was compared to the one they were on. The pools and fitness center were great on the Island and the beach club is just a short walk or bike ride. Charleston is not that far, we went twice. We went once to tour Patriots Point and Fort Sumter and once to tour Charleston. We have recommended this villa and Seabrook Island to everyone we have talked to about our vacation. We were elated to stay here and would do it again. Amenities were great including the beach chairs and umbrella! VERY PLEASED!

Great view and property

The condo and island were beautiful. Every need was met by the well stocked kitchen, roomy living area, etc. The bed could use a new set of sheets. But everything else was great. The beach club was lovely and within easy walking distance.
