Welcome to our newly remodeled home located in Saginaw, MN! 10 minutes to Cloquet, 15 minutes to Hermantown, 15 minutes to Proctor, 20 minutes to Duluth. Centrally located in a convenient location.

Bring the whole family to this great place. There are four rooms. 3 bedrooms, one office space that could be used for baby. There is a pack and play and high chair included with your stay. Two bedrooms have king beds and the other bedroom has two twin beds.

Upstairs: Office and bedroom with king bed. Large spacious living room with beautiful fireplace. Kitchen. Dining Room. Free washer and dryer. Full bathroom with tub/shower.

Downstairs: Two bedrooms, one king bedroom and one bedroom with two twin beds. Large living room area with beautiful fireplace. Gaming area and foosball table.

The basement is for able bodied guests only. You must be able to climb up and down stairs and get out an egress window in the event of an emergency.

Guests will have ample parking.

This home is located next to the Caywood Country Store so there is a large parking lot.

The fireplace was nice and warm while we all gathered together watching Christmas movies in the living room. The host was amazing and there for us if we had any questions or needs. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is a very nice size. Lots of room for everyone to gather or sit somewhere quiet and read a book. The house was very clean and had everything we needed and more! Plenty of parking. It was very convenient to have a Country store right next to us. The bedrooms are nice sizes also.We would definitely stay here again.

Girls weekend

We had a great time showing out of state visitors around the Duluth, Lake Superior area. It was wonderful to have a clean and comfy spot to land, chat and sleep at the end of a day of adventures. Thank you.

Quaint, peaceful & relaxing & more

Could not have asked for a better experience. The owner is so accommodating, sweet and communicative. The house had everything we needed, was quiet, cozy, and a perfect location for us. We loved everything about this stay & the bed was soft & comfortable, which was a necessity for my bad back. I will 100% stay here again in the future. I loved the sweet time we had when we there I look forward to future stays.

Very nice

Very clean and tidy beds were very comfortable house had everything one would need. Grandkids loved the fossbal table and games. Back yard and deck were very nice kids had fun.

Ivy Black Groom's Family Headquarters

Rustic was the perfect location and size for the groom's family's 4-night stay. We were able to host our in-laws for a meal and store wedding decorations and suits in the office for the big day! The comfortable king-size beds provided much-needed rest. The living room was cozy with the fire yet large enough to finish last-minute decorations/planning. We loved the Christmas tree giving us the cheer of the holiday season :)

Nice home, newly renovated

We stayed here as it was close to Black Ivy wedding venue. The home is newly renovated, really clean and well stocked with any amenity you could need. The only thing that took us by surprise was that it is located at a gas station. We were not expecting it when our GPS had said we arrived. Though we always knew when we were getting close as we would follow the gas station signs. A perk was buy one get one ice cream coupons the owners provided us with.

This property is only about 15 minutes from several local cities. Its close, yet it has a back yard with a fire area that people can escape in the evening. The house is very spacious and has two fireplaces that make it warm and cozy.
