This house was so nice and close to downtown Bryson City. We checked out The Road To Nowhere and the local watering holes. Great accommodations and very helpful with check in. The porch kitty was an extra bonus and was so cute! Would stay again!

The host was friendly and helped us into the house. The hoise was clean and orderly. The kids liked the Christmas decorations inside and outside the house. It was a great location for us, we where in the area to see the Polar Express train in Bryson City. I was a nice stay for our family of 5.

This was a fabulous stay for overnight before or after a ride on the Great Smoky Mountain Railroad! The hosts were easy and quick to communicate with. The accommodations were simple, clean, and comfortable. A few steps are required if that is an issue for any members of your party. The hosts were very hospitable. We enjoyed our stay - thank you!

The host was so kind. Greeted us when we arrived to show us around. The house was older but extremely clean and had thoughtful instructions throughout the house and everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. We came for the polar express so only stayed a night but they had kids activities and a homemade jar of jelly for us.

Very helpful host watched for us to come and walked up to help with the door key, which was tricky to get out of the lock box. House was clean and comfortable. As noted in owner’s instructions, use 110 as the house number, not 106 in Google Maps or you’ll end up at the wrong location. 106 is just up the same driveway past 110. Complimentary jar of homemade grape jelly was a very thoughtful gift.

Convenient & Practical property

We were in town for the GSMR train ride. The home is about 3 minutes from the train depot & Bryson City. It's a functional older manufactured home that had all of the necessary items needed for a 2 night stay. A bit no frills but it was what we needed for our stay. My phone GPS didn't cooperate very well with the address upon arrival which made it hard to find in the dark. Pay close attention to street numbers especially at night. Overall it was a good experience and I'd recommend the place for a weekend stay in Bryson City. The owners were friendly & helpful.
