The spot was a vibe. The host was very helpful and polite. Even offer to get us free complimentary champagne at a nice Italian restaurant nearby. Nice location, few blocks away from the subway station, and gated community. The living room is cozy with amazing Harlem water front views. Bedrooms are comfortable. The only thing I think that could improve is the poor shower/sink drainage and the missing toilet seat. Other than that this is a nice choice for price/location.

While the information about condo amenities was limited in the listing, we were hopeful it would be an ok experience. In the end, our party abandoned the place after 3 or our four paid nights for a nearby hotel. It was dirty, lacked light shades or had inoperative lights and guests needed to open windows as rooms were to hot until outside noise required windows closed. The bathroom was particularly problematic with missing tiles and a tub that wouldn't drain so you stood ankle deep in someone's water. Beds were ok but we needed to buy more hand towels and towels in general didn't seem sparkly clean.

This place is a lie do not book here. The place was supposed to be “clean” when we arrived! It was dirty in all corners and floors of the place. Many things were broken, unplugged, or not working. The toilet seat wasn’t even on the toilet when we arrived! It was buried in the closet. The listing labels the place near central park but don’t tell you it’s “just the leasing office” until after you book!! It’s 20 minutes out the way. The man who booked me didn’t even know who was staying there. He called me three names and i still had to correct him. He also wouldn’t give me a refund after we said we couldn’t stay there. We had to get a hotel for an extra 2k same night!! Overall this place is a lie and didn’t feel safe. I wish I could add pictures of it
