Excellent Fairbanks Rental

We enjoyed our stay at this property—it was central to everything, spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The owner was very responsive. The kitchen is well-appointed, the bathroom is nice, and there is a great washer/dryer unit. The beds were comfortable, and the unit was very clean. Access to the unit was by unique code, which was very convenient. We hope to stay here again since it is near the UAF campus. Note that there is a short set of stairs up to the unit, which is over a basement apartment.

The neighborhood is minutes from shopping, dining, night life and downtown activities. There is Chena River access down the street, we get wildlife in the backyard, and we enjoy the family friendly atmosphere.
