Beautiful home and property

The operator is very good about communicating with clients. The apartment is clean and nicely stocked. The area is very close to the convention center in downtown.

Beware of Host!! Great location, but owner is RIDICULOUS! We returned from dinner our stay to find a picture laying on the floor broken. It appeared the small plastic hanger had broken, causing the picture to fall from the wall. I immediately took a picture and messaged Vincent. He thanked me for letting him know. When checking out, I let thanked him for having us and let him know that the shower water was backing up and mentioned the picture again, letting him know where we put the broken pieces out of the walkway. He thanked me again for letting him know and for staying. He also asked me if I took pictures of the water backed up in the shower, which i told him I did not. Fast forward to today, we got off our cruise and had a charge from him. I texted him about the charge. He said, “Hello Erica, thank you so much for inquiring. The cleaners found a broken picture frame, that's the reason of that charge.” I messaged him back, “I texted you about this picture that was in the floor upon our arrival back from dinner on Saturday night. I have the text and where I sent the picture. We did not break this! This fell off the wall due to the picture hanger breaking is what it appeared.” His response was, “Thank you for letting me know, Erica. The frame fell during your stay, and that's the reason it was charged. I thank you for picking up the glass and moving it out of walking space.” Also, be aware your payment is not through VRBO even if you process and it says paid in full!
