This is a 3-story+rooftop townhome. The home has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, it's around 1335 sqft. Each floor comes with its own bath, ensuring privacy for all.

**Home Highlights** • There's an assigned parking (rare in the city) available at the back of the house. For additional cars, you can park in the street for free! • Kitchen is fully stocked with kitchen appliances, cookware, silverware, servingware, spices, keurig coffeemaker with milk frother • Deck with comfortable outdoor furniture for an alfresco experience • High-quality bed, mattress, pillows & linens for comfortable sleeping •The living room and Primary bedroom are both equipped with smart TVs for your enhanced entertainment and relaxation. • Onsite washer and dryer for your laundry needs
**Other things to note** • Outdoor camera is present in front of the door.
**About the Reservation** • In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening. • Cancellation — Policy is upheld strictly. Extensions welcome based on availability. Shortened stays and date changes are subject to our cancellation policy. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. • For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.
**Additional Info About the Home** • This is a townhome and is not handicap friendly. Guests have to be very comfortable with stairs as there are multiple stories. See above for the floor-by-floor layout.
**About Fees & Pricing** • We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday's pricing. • Pet fee: Well-trained pets are welcome; We charge $50/night for your pet(s) which have already been included in your invoice if you have selected pets on your reservation.
**House Rules** • This is a pet-friendly home but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please do not leave pets unattended; please bring poop bags and pick up after your pets. • Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.

Loved the location. Easy walk to grocery store, restaurants, and coffee shops. Super clean, comfortable beds, and easy check in and check out. Stayed for a month and it was quiet and comfortable the entire time.

We enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed. Master bed was super comfy which is always a plus! Walking distance to many restaurants and shops which was so convenient. I would highly recommend!

Great stay in a modern condo in Queen Anne neighborhood. Very quiet, clean and all the amenities for a comfortable stay. If you have any questions, the team is ready to answer quickly and very friendly. Parking is tight in assigned space, but plenty of spots on the street, too. Three steep flights of stairs in the unit, so bringing grippy slippers and prepare to travel up and down regularly. There is a bathroom on every level and a lovely rooftop patio. Photos and description are on point.

One of the new, narrow highrise townhouses with modern, hip furnishings. Efficient layout has 2 bedrooms and a bath on ground floor, main living on 2nd, big master, bath, laundry on 3rd, roof deck above all. All this has lots, lots of steps, so you need to be a bit nimble.Great location, walk to groceries and restaurants. Great
