World Cup Stay • Spacious Lake Union Home • Firepit Deck - 10 Min to Lumen Field
Welcome to the top-floor home in our Eastlake building — 1,800 square feet of lake-view living, a private deck built around a gas firepit, and panoramic views of Lake Union that are the reason guests book this unit again and again.
Step inside to a bright, light-filled open-concept living room oriented entirely around the water. Floatplanes drift across the lake all day, electric boats glide by in the evening, and the Seattle skyline frames the view in the distance. Two bedrooms (king and queen, each with its own bathroom) plus a queen sleeper sofa in the living room mean the home comfortably sleeps six — perfect for families, three couples traveling together, or friend groups celebrating something.
The deck is the heart of this home. Comfortable outdoor seating, shade for hot afternoons, and a gas-powered firepit that turns every evening into an occasion. This is where your group will end up every night, whether you planned to or not.
The kitchen is fully equipped for real cooking — full-size appliances, dishwasher, coffee maker, and proper cookware. Central air conditioning keeps the home comfortable all summer, a real differentiator in Seattle where most rentals don't have AC. Fast Wi-Fi supports streaming and remote work, in-unit washer and dryer, smart TV, and a dedicated workspace for anyone mixing a trip with a few hours of work.
Free onsite parking is included, with a dedicated spot for this unit. A full-service grocery store with an excellent wine selection is right next door — coffee, wine, or dinner ingredients are 30 seconds away without ever needing to get in a car. Waterfront restaurants, kayak and electric boat rentals, and Lake Union itself are all within a short walk.
You're 10 minutes from Lumen Field (perfect for FIFA World Cup 2026 matches, Sounders games, and concerts), 10 minutes from downtown Seattle and Pike Place Market, and walking distance to Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center, UW Medical, and South Lake Union — making this an equally strong choice for vacation travelers, sports fans, and extended-stay medical guests.
Self check-in via smart lock, available 24/7. I respond to messages within the hour and am always reachable if anything comes up during your stay.

Amazing stay right off of Lake Union! Neighborhood was incredible, house was perfect, loved the rooftop patio with views of the lake. Comfy beds and lots of room.
Townhouse is lovely as listed. Great deck with view. Walking distance to downtown with coffee shops and restaurants. Next door to grocery store and wine shop.
We really enjoyed the rooftop each day, along with the access to Lake Union, just steps away! Having the local grocery store next door was very convenient.
This property was perfect for our group. The group enjoyed sitting on the deck with the view of the lake. The location is right next to Pete’s Market so we were easily able to get groceries and anything we forgot.
Great location for our visit, as we could travel to downtown and University of WA without any traffic complications. View and seaplanes led to a relaxing stay, and the place is top notch with TV and Sonos amenities. Very clean and well laid out for a pleasant stay. Will certainly stay again when visiting the daughters.
Clean, had everything we needed, well appointed kitchen, great sound system, lovely view. Nice neighborhood grocery market just 2 doors down. Host was responsive and communicated clearly. Would stay here again.
This space is nicely set up for a family or couples traveling together. The living space on the upper floor and deck have spectacular views. We enjoyed it as a home base while doing college visits and exploring Seattle.
Listing claimed non-existent amenities. Ants all over the kitchen, dingy bathrooms.
Listing plainly stated that the property had a hot tub, which was one of our specific criteria for this trip. No hot tub anywhere to be found. Asked the host about it over text. He goes and EDITS the active listing before responding (as if we didn't take screenshots). Then says, no, there's no hot tub. No apology, nothing. Computer monitor? Nope. "All Essential Cookware"? Not even close.Next, we go to make coffee and there are ants all over the kitchen counter, coffee pot, around the sink, inside the lower cabinets, etc. My wife is grossed out, and now we can't cook. We leave to get breakfast and head to the University for a tour. While there, host texts us that he "noticed ants in the kitchen" and scheduled an exterminator for that afternoon - during our stay. Of course we don't expect someone to be in our rental while we're out, so we foolishly left our laptops and other valuables around the place. No choice but to cut our tour short to return to the property to secure our stuff.Still, we dealt with ants through our entire stay. In my kid's luggage on the main floor, on the walls of the dingy shower, etc. Again, not a shred of an apology from the host. Location was fine, the rooftop deck was nice. But we would never rent this place (or from this host) again. When we asked for some concession on the price due to the inaccuracies and inconvenience, the host scolded us for not saying something sooner so he could've had VRBO book us somewhere else. Lesson learned.
Great location next to Lake Union and Pete's Grocery Store and Wine Shop. Our host Abraham was extremely responsive. The upper deck was a wonderful spot to enjoy the sunset.
