SHE HAS A FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN, AMAZON FIRE TV, WIFI, COMMUNITY GARDEN AND CHICKENS THAT PROVIDE FRESH EGGS. THE LARGE, UPSTAIRS APARTMENT HAS A PRIVATE ENTRANCE WITH FREE OFF STREET, WELL LIT, CAMERA SECURE PARKING. THE SPACE IS PERFECT FOR WEEKEND GET A WAYS AND 30 DAYS STAYS AS WELL. PETS ARE WELCOMED ON A CASE BY CASE BASES with a one time 50 dollar pet fee AND WILL GET TREATS and have a secure fenced area for off leash romps, please

Lovely Stay

Property is super cool, with thoughtful extra touches. Cathy was very friendly, with prompt communication throughout. We loved our stay and hope to stay again next time we’re in Memphis!

The perfect apartment!

Cathy was so welcoming and kind! The apartment is decorated so well and really well stocked. Also super clean! It is easy to find and easy to access and the host was wonderful with communication before and during our stay. We will be back! Thank you, Cathy!
