I've stayed in many vacation rentals and work in the hospitality industry, and this house is among the all-around best-kept and cleanest, most well-appointed that I've booked. The owner is communicative and attentive to even small details, and you can tell everyone involved in maintaining this property puts extreme care into it. We stayed with a large group and everyone had a great experience. Amazing outdoor patio with convenient outdoor shower, and only steps down to the beach. Can't recommend enough!

This is a beautiful property, very well equiped with everything you need for a weekend getaway to the beach. House was extremely clean and spacious. Plenty of room for us, our 3 sons, 2 daughter-in-laws. and new grandson. Easy drive in to St. Augustine and great to be able to walk outside to the beach.
