The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please sweep the floors to remove sand. Return the thermostat fan to AUTO and the temperature to 73 degrees
Please follow the instructions posted in the kitchen. Double check the rooftop access doors. They should be closed and locked. Remove all cans and garbage from the rooftop.
Please rinse showers of excess sand.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Absolutely loved our stay. The ocean views were incredible and our whole group had an amazing time relaxing and hanging out together. The best part: every bedroom has its own bathroom, which made getting ready super easy and comfortable for everyone. The home was exactly as described, and we’d happily stay here again.

Best Wedding and Property Manager Ever

Absolutely incredible stay!! Could not recommend Frank, or his other property enough. So kind, caring, and professional. The home was in perfect condition, right on the beach, great for our entire family. Plenty of room, comfortable beds, fun games. I would recommend this stay to anyone wanting a beach wedding.

Had a very nice vacation at the beach house. The owner communicated very promptly when questions were asked. We found appliances to be in good working order. The kitchen has space for larger groups. We had 14 and managed fine. Living areas are on two levels. So it minimized climbing lots of stairs. Had a great time.

The house is right on the beach. Clean, everything you need was in the house for a great time (kitchen utensils, beach chairs, toiletries). Lot's of room! The host Frank really cares about his properties and he cares about his guests.

Great time with famiy

This is a great property for large groups. We had 19, even though there were sleeping arrangements for 14. We had some children and a couple of air mattresses and were very comfortable. We really enjoyed having so many bathrooms (many of which were ensuite). The beach was wonderful (especially warm for December) and the kids played in the water for 2 days. We had a wonderful trip and would recommend the property!
