Love the beach

Enjoyed our stay very much. Condo was clean, had a little problem with the sliding glass door but it was taken care of promptly.Was not ready to leave yet.Would stay there again.

Condo was very nice, updated, and clean. My advice is to be aware this is an eight plex building. You may hear other guests next door and above/below coming and going at different times during the day and night.

Good location

Location excellent for restaurants and family activities. Floors looked clean but were not. Appliances clean. Frying pans were unusable. Lack of basic cleaning supplies particularly for longer stays. Stove top cleaner, wet mops etc. Great tv, trundle beds stuck out creating a toe hazard.lots of nice touches but in need of a good cleaning and a little tlccleaner,

A stay at Destin to visit our daughter at Eglin AFB. The condo was the perfect size for my husband and I. The view of the lake was a plus. We couldn't really enjoy it because of the weather, but it was nice to have all the windows in the back. The bathroom was nice and up to date. We didn't use the kitchen to cook, just the coffee pot, so I can't give my opinion on how well it is stocked. You can hear the renters above you but the owner is very clear in their listing regarding this. It did not bother us at all, but if you are sensitive to noise I wouldn't suggest this condo. There is no comfort sleeping on the pullout couch, but I do not know any pullout couch that is comfortable. The only reason I gave a 4 star to the location/neighborhood is because of the people who are walking and riding their bikes to work use the parking lot as a way to cut through the area. The community is gated, so this is something I believe the owners can not help. The big plus to this rental is the owners. They were very quick to respond to any question I had, and spent the time to make sure we were getting settled in and gave us information regarding the area and places to eat.

The place was great. Very clean, family and pet friendly. We had a lake view. The complex had 3 pools and a place to feed turtles. The beach was a 10 minute walk. The hosts were very friendly and very easy to communicate with. Loved our stay.
