Host responded quickly and was very easy to work with. Great location - place is exactly as pictured - nice space. Just be prepared to put a damage deposit of 1500 down. It was returned without problem after checkout but took a couple weeks to receive back.

Why they chose this property

We love to travel and have seen a great deal of the world. We were very impressed when we took our vacation here in 2008. We made decision to come back each year and the best way to do it is to buy our own place. We decided to share such a beautiful place with others December of 2012.

What makes this property unique

The gorgeous view of turquoise water and sugar white sand right from the living room means so much to us when we were looking for a place to buy.
The convenient location to restaurants, bookstores and shops in addition to beach and State Park make it a wonderful place to spend your vacation.
