Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place all trash in the trash cans in the back of the home. Trash pickup is on Tuesday of each week.
Please remove dirty bed linens and place them in the laundry room.
Should dehumidifiers turn off, remove the bottom tray, empty the water, replace the tray, and they will resume working.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
$100- Pet deposit is non-refundable due to the extra cleaning to the home ready for non- pet owners. Failure to disclose a pet= $1000 fee will occur!
No boats/trailers are allowed to be parked in the driveway, street, or neighborhood.
You will be reliable for up to $500 worth of damages that were created by the guests. Anything over the $500 will be conducted to a VRBO damage claim.

Beautiful Beaufort Vacation

We love this home and the beau coast amenities, if you’re looking for quiet and relaxing vacation this is an amazing spot! Even with 3 small kids we still enjoyed a peaceful vacation with all the home, neighborhood and waterfront town had to offer!
