Fun in the Sun! Brand New Home!

South Gulf Cove is located in Port Charlotte Florida, on the Englewood side of the Myakka River. It is a very peaceful boating community with over 55 miles of canals, rich with wildlife. Bring your boat! There is a community boat launch and numerous parks for your relaxation and enjoyment. The fishing in the area is excellent. If you venture through the community lock by boat, you have full access to the Myakka River, Charlotte Harbor and the Gulf of Mexico.

The area has over 30 golf courses nearby, enjoy miles and miles of our pristine local area beaches, there are islands to explore, cruising, fishing, swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, boat rentals, fishing charters, bars, restaurants, hotels, state parks, hiking trails, and unlimited amounts of sun! You can soak up some sun on the south facing pool deck or stay cool in the heated salt water pool while sunbathing. We hope you find our area to be the perfect place to relax and recharge!

The house was beautiful and had everything that we needed. House is very clean and quiet and we were able to relax. The beds were very comfortable. I communicated with the hosts several times and they were excellent to work with. Can’t say enough about this place. Can’t believe we were able to swim in their pool on January 3. Water temperature was great.

This home had everything we needed for our vacation. The house was great and the heated pool was a big hit with our group. Communication and the check in process was so easy. I have stayed in several VRBO properties and this was by far the best property we gave stayed at.

Beautiful Spacious Home with Amenities

Our stay was wonderful at this beautiful home. Very spacious nice layout of rooms. Amenities listed were all supplied coffee, beach towels, cooking supplies, grill, etc. Lots of plugs / outlets for phone charging. The pool is amazing! House, yard, garage is super clean. Nice quiet neighborhood. Highly recommended! Would certainly stay again. Loved it!

Fun with our family!

We stayed 8 days. Well thought out, well appointed, high end finishes and all appliances were top notch. We wanted for nothing. Our adult son and grandson spent most of their time swimming and playing in the awesome heated pool. We were just a short driving distance to Boca Grande and the beautiful gulf water. We highly recommend this property and hope to return another time.

Beautiful home relaxing pool area

We had a really enjoyable stay. The house is pretty new. Our bed slept really well. Plenty of amenities in the kitchen and appreciated the bottled water in the refrigerator. We did not bring our own coffee and were a bit disappointed that there was only decaf coffee for the coffee machine so you may want to bring your own coffee just in case as there are not many stores or restaurants close by.

Awesome new construction!

Grace and David were perfect hosts! This house has EVERYTHING you could possibly need and more. They have thought of everything to make their guests feel at home. We had zero problems for our entire stay. Grace and David responded to questions regarding the area very quickly. This is definitely a place that we would return to on a regular basis.
