About this property

Longer Term Stay

This is a perfect property for longer stay tenants who are working in the area (construction, restaurants, etc). Newly renovated Tiki inspired bungalow that is dog friendly. It is located under one mile from charming downtown Warrenton and 20 minutes from both Lake Gaston and Kerr Lake. It has the world's best enclosed fence for your furry family members because this home used to be the administration building for the next door prison that closed in the 90's.
Please note the bedroom situation.
Bedroom one: Large bedroom with standard queen bed. It has a floor air conditioning unit.
Bedroom two: Is a very small bedroom that has a standard queen bed. No air conditioning. Only a fan.
Bedroom three: Is the bedroom and is used as the living room with TV. There is no door to the hallway. It has a window unit air conditioning. There is an air mattress and a smaller sofa to sleep on.
Events are allowed for an additional fee. Please reach out.
