Our technician later found no faults, suggesting the issue may have been user error. Similarly, no cleanliness concerns were communicated to us before OR after your departure. Concerning payment, your communication became inconsistent after check-out. Despite being notified that VRBO did not collect payment on our behalf, you contacted them seven times seeking "proof" of payment. You even twice referred to the stay as a “gift” due to the lack of charge, stating: "Not sure what happened... but I’m considering a gift from somewhere unknown and just want proof that no one tries to collect on this 6 months from now. Then I’ll be happy to leave a nice review for you. Thanks!" Throughout this, your messages were perceived as hostile and combative, showing no desire to resolve the balance. The difference in amounts you have maliciously suggested, was because we provided a discount of $65.05 by waiving processing fees when invoiced through our PM software. Because payment remained outstanding for 12 days, our system automatically sent a delinquent balance notice. We never attempted an eviction, as you had already checked out; this was an automated notification for non-payment. While frustrating, you were aware of the balance and remained resistant to resolving it. We appreciate that the payment has now been made in full. - THX
