2 bedrooms with fans, 1 bath in half of a house, living /dining room with access to kitchen in the Guadalupe Valley, close to wineries and restaurants, quiet place with secure parking, patio with large oaks, out door sitting area to have your morning coffee. It is 12 miles outside of Ensenada and 7 miles from the ocean just out of the fog belt, sunny mornings and cool nights full of stars. Enjoyable. Dog friendly, 2 bedrooms ,1 bath,just $100dls per night . Lovely view up on the hill. A simple but comfortable home.

I am a working potter/artist with a studio on the property and I sell my work at art shows in the States. I have lived here for the last 10 yrs.
Why they chose this property
Close to the ocean, 7 miles away, but far enough inland so it is almost always sunny first thing in the morning. Also the night skies are beautiful with very little light pollution. It is warm in the day but cools off at night when the marine layer comes in. All in all it is a beautiful acre of land.
