Excellent stay over New Years with the family. Very much as advertised, with amazing Pacific views from atop Pedregal. The patio/pool area is fantastic and everyone spends most time on this main floor with the kitchen and living room too.All four bedrooms are great with king beds and en suite. And a half bath on the middle level just off the kitchen.The host and communication were excellent.The property is showing a bit of age, but nothing out of expectations. One AC unit quit working but it was not too hot during our stay. WiFi worked well. TV situation is a bit rough - even utilizing VPN, manage your expectations . . . Which is fine, you should be outside anyways!Suggest using Uber Eats or taking a quick trip to Wal Mart for provisions. Staff was great on daily cleaning and very helpful getting us “moved out” at the end of our stay. We had a wonderful time!

What a great place! Giovanna did a great job stocking the house with groceries for us ahead of time and everything worked as advertised. Would definitely recommend Casa de Los Gatos to anyone considering a stay in Pedregal.

Property ok, not over the top

Pedregal area is superb! When we arrived and all throughout our trip, the entry key codes did not work, we were given 3 different numbers to try. We had to someone scale the wall and get into the house through open window/sliders, or if we were lucky enough (once) the house cleaners were there and able to let us in. Otherwise we would have never gotten in! The Pool and Hot Tub were dirty, while in it we were stepping on stuff and things were floating all over it. On another note, the house cleaners were great, very helpful. The view was amazing.

The pool and view are excellent. The house itself is pretty good except for inadequate air conditioning (was hot at night) and mediocre bedrooms and bedding. I would stay at a house in the area again, but probably not at this particular house.

Breathtaking Views

The property was just perfect for our family. We had four adults and two children. There was plenty of space for everyone and we loved the main level with the kitchen, large table, and open air access to pool and outdoor space. The service leading up to the stay was amazing and we were able to arrange for chef and provisions to make the stay easier! We were attending a wedding at Villa Bellisimo which was just a few houses away and very convenient. Only recommendation would be for them to add additional blinds to all of the bedrooms. It's one sheer blind in all rooms so it's bright all the time which allow for early wake up calls! Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful home in a great area of Cabo

Everything at the house was as described and expected. The staff was friendly and courteous. The house is in a beautiful neighborhood with excellent views. The one minor complaint was that the living area and kitchen were not air conditioned (all of the bedrooms are), so could be a bit uncomfortable mid-afternoon, but that is a very minor inconvenience as you can open up the doors and be in the pool instead!

Wonderful House - Amazing View!

Our group of 8 (2 families) stayed at Casa De Los Gatos in early June. We had 4 adults and 4 teenagers. I honestly can't say enough great things about the house and our experience. The view is literally breathtaking! I loved siting out on our patio every morning with my coffee and just looking out at the water. The setup of the house worked perfectly for our group. There are three floors. The first floor has 2 bedrooms that were perfect for the teenagers and the third floor has the other two bedrooms for the adults. Three of the four bedrooms have a beautiful water view as well. The main floor has the living room, kitchen, and pool. The setup allowed us all to have privacy when we needed it but to be together on the main floor most of the time. The beds were comfortable and we had everything that we needed. The house is in a beautiful and safe community. Nancy and Tobi were both very responsive and helpful. We were originally scheduled to arrive during the middle of a tropical storm and had to change our trip plans last minute and they were both very understanding and accommodating. They also arranged our airport transfer for us and we had the house stocked with some food/drinks prior to our arrival. We did not use the chef services but I would do so next time. I would actually try to spend more time at the house just enjoying the pool/view than we did on this trip. It was a little hard with busy teenagers! Because of the location of the home, you will have to take a taxi anywhere you go. We knew this but the cost of the taxis multiple times a day was more than we expected. I think it is just something for people to be aware of and to include in your vacation budget or to consider renting a car. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this property and we would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Vacation!

My family of 7 stayed at Casa de Gatos and it was just perfect! From the car rental to the chefs!( highly recommend doing! I actually felt like I had a vacation as well! No cooking and doing dishes!) The home itself was exactly how the pictures depicted it! It was spacious and very clean! The view was to die for! We are already trying see when we can go back!!! Nancy was responsive and made sure our vacation was everything we wanted! Highly recommend this amazing property!!!

Great Trip

I stayed at Casa de los Gatos with 8 of my girlfriends and we had a great time!! Nanci and her team did an amazing job coordinating our trip. The property manager met us at the house with chips, salsa and guacamole to show us around the property. We had their chefs cook for us two nights and it was delicious. The view was incredible. The photos do not do it justice. Each room had its own full bathroom and the rooms were spread out so we didn't feel crammed in the home. I would definitely recommend staying at this home.
