We really enjoyed our stay. We had a party of 10 people and everyone had their own bed. It was well taken care of and the deck around the outside was great. It had everything we needed and more. Would highly recommend to anyone.
It was a great stay! The house and dock was great! If you have a large boat, I do not recommend trying to bring it down the hill. It is very steep. But other than that, amazing stay! The owners are very nice and communicate very well.
We loved the open area for family gathering and the deck where we could hang out safely with our 3 year old guest. We used the dock daily for fishing and keeping our boats. We "hated" (not really) those dang steps. And we really loved the fact that we stayed put and didnt drive around. Its a beautiful quiet part of the lake and those sunsets were perfect
The house is beautiful and stocked with everything we needed. It was very clean and quiet. We enjoyed using the kayaks, canoes and paddle boats. The view from the back deck was breathtaking! Don’t miss viewing the sunsets. We completely enjoyed our family reunion and are thankful we had such a wonderful home to stay in!!

The house was great!!
Our stay was great!! The house was perfect for our two families. The drive into town was scenic.
The amenities provided at the house were fantastic!!
Our family stayed for a week and it was perfect! The house had everything we needed. It was our multipoo’s first vacation and the house allowed him to run around on the deck without us worrying about him getting loose. When we arrived we found a goodie bowl with a personal note, it added a nice touch! They even included a dog bone for our Louie. The sunsets from the dock and deck are breathtaking. We enjoyed fishing, skiing, tubing, paddle boarding and swimming. Some days we were the only ones on the lake, it was very relaxing! We definitely keep this place on our favorites list to visit again.
The house was a Great Lake house and host communicated very well. Very relaxing and peaceful. The sunsets amazing and little extras by host were nice, like canoe, life jackets and s’mores basket. Be sure to pack what you need because it is a ways to go get supplies. Just what we were looking for in a getaway.
It was secluded and peaceful with a great dock and a lot of activities for the kids. The house is in a beautiful location with amazing sunsets to watch from the deck or dock. The house worked out perfectly for our two families and two dogs. We had a hiccup with the electricity but Ronnie was quick to contact the electrician and have them come fix it.

Just stayed here 4 nights with family and friends. Ronnie was a great host and easy to get a hold of. The property was amazing! We had plenty of fun swimming off the dock and canoeing/kayaking off the boat ramp. The deck was the perfect spot to cook out and enjoy the gorgeous lake view and sunset. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable. The basement was perfect for kids. The kitchen was spacious and well stocked. Internet was fast and TV had plenty of channels. This was one of our favorite vacations and we hope to be back soon!

Thank you for the kind words Nicolas! We are glad that you and your family had a great time and hope you made some lasting memories. We appreciate you and hope to see you and your family again at Fox Berry Hill!
We enjoyed our time at Fox Berry Hill. Gorgeous lake view. Loved kayaking & canoeing. Wish we’d known water was down because dock wasn’t safely accessible.Decor of lake house beautiful. Communication with owner great. Once we were interested I think we should have been more informed how far the back country drive was to the place. But overall it was truly a beautiful experience. Thank you for sharing!
Wonderful property & Wonderful host only one thing
It was a beautiful property, great dock, great amenities in the house, the host left some smores for the family, great porch, two types of grills, lots of games, had a question the host answered quickly etc. my only complaint was the neighbors dogs. Our host did suggest to keep the gates closed because the neighbors dogs can be a nuisance which we did. They were very intrusive coming to the gate barking. One was friendly and one was a little more aggressive and not as friendly. We did not have small children but I think if anyone was afraid of dogs this is something to consider. It was not the hosts fault at all but just some info.
This is a great house, that has been renovated nicely with lots of adventure. It is super clean!!! However it does come with some challenges Guests should be more aware of. The listing mentions a steep driveway and that is not explicit enough!! We arrived at this house at night, and it was quite terrifying. (ha!). The roads and driveway are pitch black. You also have to access this lake house via a gravel road for several miles and I was not expecting that in my luxury SUV. We stayed for multiple nights and brought a lot of necessities thankfully because if you needed items, you would be required to travel 30+mins to access true grocery needs. Our Children are bigger so the steps and access to water was not a concern; if you had small children, you would have to watch them more carefully. We loved all the options at this lake house!! You can boat, fish, play at the beach area or camp fire!! Ronnie has done a fabulous job with this lake house!! The sunsets are priceless!!!

Thank you for the detailed review Katie. It was a pleasure hosting you and your family! Just wanted to let you know that the contractor is there this week to replace the gangway and add some steps to decrease the steep angle of the gangway during times like these when winter pool water levels are several feet lower than normal. Glad you were able to navigate it and the hillside during your stay. Thank you for visiting Fox Berry Hill!
Fox Berry Hill is a lovely lakefront property. We stayed during an incredibly hot week. SUPPing on the lake made it much more enjoyable. Pros: Great AC and easily adjustableBed in master bedroom was super comfortableWater pressure was strongLake access was excellent. Easy to take paddle boards down to lake via ramp, moreso than steps.Kitchen had great supplies overall, easy to cook and prep food. Ample pantry w spices left over from previous guests.TV worked great, but no remote for DVR.Many gamesAmple life jackets for adults and kids provided.Hose outside in garage area great to hose off SUPsManager, Ronnie, very responsive and helpfulHot tube clean but it was too hot outside to use it this weekDogs next door not a problemAmazing sunsetsLovely decorCons; Nests of hornets in house awnings. We could hear them inside living room. Front of house and side of house always had a few hornets circling us. Midway thru our vacation, we had to stop using porch except to grill due to hornets burzzing around and in and out of ceiling fans. Maybe hornets are a normal TN thing, but we didnt want to get stung.Cleaner didnt remove trash before we came and it stunk on porch when we arrived. It also attracted hornets. Ronnie had new trash service remove it a few days after we arrived. Another guest left an open bag of trash and food in bottom of black trashcan and trash removal service didnt clean it up during our stay. Attracted more hornets.Need more sharp kitchen knives
For anyone wanting a quote place to retreat with Great Lake views this is the place. The sunsets are amazing over the water and to bald eagles take flight from near by nest is amazing. The house is very well maintained and adequate for a group of people or even just couples getaway. The house is furnished with anything you could possibly need and very well maintained. If you enjoy to fish, the boat ramp offers a clean easily accessible spot to do so from the bank. We managed to catch a variety of different species. While the house and area is great, the host is just as great. The communication from the host is excellent. We even left a few items and they shipped them back to us.So if you’re looking for a hassle free, amazing vacation spot on the lake, this is your place! From home to host this is the place!
Outstanding amenities - lakefront, boat dock, private boat launch, hot tub, large covered outdoor living area, canoe, kayaks, paddle boards, wildlife, nature. And the BEST sunsets in middle Tennessee! Kentucky Lake is 2 miles wide out your back door. As you look over the lake there are literally no houses in sight. And with house on a hill and facing west - with the sun setting on the other side of this 2-mile stretch of lake, sunsets are breathtaking. The fishing in the area is outstanding - we have more angler traffic than any other traffic on the water. With Kentucky Lake being so large and still largely undiscovered, you will feel like you have the lake all to yourself, yet there are 3 marinas within a 10 minute boat ride. This is truly a special place that is exclusive and remote yet accessible for middle Tennessee residents.
