OCE1409 - Rare opportunity to stay in one of the few properties directly on Lake of the Lillies in Point Pleasant Beach, and located right across from the Ocean! The lake is home to all sorts of wildlife, rare botanical species & breathtaking views & sunsets. This south end location provides a more exclusive lifestyle with the bustling boardwalk & attractions just a few blocks to the north. The upper level has a typical beach cottage style floor plan w/ an enclosed porch room, LR opens to dining, 3 bedrooms, full bath & kit along w/ spacious family room w/ gorgeous views. Basement level accessed from outside, has enclosed shower, storage, newer 1/2 bath, garage & more! Plenty of parking too, 6 Beach badges included. Pets permitted on a case by case basis. Summer is calling!

Shore Points Vacations cancellation policy supersedes any policy advertised or insinuated on other marketplaces. The terms of our lease/rental agreement shall prevail. View our rental agreement for full terms & conditions, however should you wish to cancel your reservation then this is to be requested in writing to Shore Points Vacations. In short, the reservation must be re-booked for any refund to be offered unless otherwise agreed to by the property owner. Trip cancellation insurance is also available and costs about half of what the taxes would cost you which we are exempted from. Shore Points Vacations will do everything in our power to accommodate, as it is our mission to provide an exceptional experience and to become your top choice for your beach vacation every year! If you do not agree with our terms you should not book this rental.

Shore Points Vacations was great! Check in was super easy and their standard check in time (2pm) is a lot earlier than nearby properties. House was clean. There were a lot of renovations done recently. The fenced in yard was great for the pup too!
