The property does have a lot of potential and is very nice. The location was wonderful, and we felt safe during our stay.I am writing to formally express my concerns regarding our recent stay at Belfour Villa, which was booked through Vrbo. Upon arrival and throughout our stay, we encountered several issues that significantly affected our experience.Missing Kitchen Items:
The home lacked basic kitchen essentials, including baking pans (which were only provided after we requested them), a colander, scissors, and coffee mugs.Missing Bathroom Items: The home lacks hand towels, face towels and towel rack in the downstairs bathroom. Maintenance and Safety Issues:* The downstairs toilet was barely usable, as the black tank was consistently full.* The outdoor grill was extremely dirty and unsafe to use. It dripped grease directly onto the propane tank, posing a serious safety hazard (see attached photos).* The railings on all upstairs balconies were loose and partially detached, creating a dangerous situation, especially for children or anyone unaware of the issue (as shown in the attached photos).Cleanliness and Appliance Issues:* The dishwasher was extremely dirty and would not drain upon our arrival. We reported this issue immediately. The owner came to inspect it and stated that a technician would be sent to repair it. Despite multiple follow-ups over several days, the dishwasher was not repaired.
